    Chicken Shawarma Salad
    Amabel S.

We went to the Chito's Pizza in downton few days ago, and then tries this one. The price was different. In downtown - a slice of chicken shawarma pizza is $3. Here is $6. I got the chicken shawarma salad, and the veggies are super fresh! Chicken is flavorful, tender, and juicy. The garlic sauce are absolutely different with the one in downtown.

late night cravings and shawarma fries delivered expectations

My two favourite meals from the Italian and Middle Eastern cuisine combined on a circular massive dough baked and then sauced with that tomato and white garlic sauce with tender chicken shawarma slices is an orgasmic release in my mouth to say the least. If you can't decide between a healthy Arabian pita or a greasy NewYork slice, then think no more and head down to Chito's and they will gladly take your hungry soul into a realm of satisfaction on taste and value. There are plenty of combo options displayed when you order right at the counter, pretty straightforward but it all depends on your level of appetite and particular craving. Wether it be just a slice with the shawarma on top, shawarma fries as a great takeout snack, pizza family combos or meal combos that come with a salad and a drink, this place will not disappoint. Don't let the empty parking lot or dining tables fool you, I've seen it fill up in less than 5 mins. It's a great pitstop after Yorkdale when nothing in the mall is enticing enough and we just want to get a quick takeout on the way home or in-between errands.

Chicken shawarma pizza - with onions and mushrooms.

Was told about this place from a friend and that we must get the chicken shawarma pizza. Called to place an order and thought that it was just a standard chicken sharwarma pizza. What it actually is, is a 2 topping pizza (we got medium) and then they add chicken shawarma on top. I wasnt sure what would go well, so I asked the girl on the phone what went best. She suggested onions and mushrooms and I said okay (although I'm usually not an onions fan). Picked up my order and watched as she loaded the pizza up with chicken shawarma and garlic and hot sauce. She asked me after if it was my first time trying it, and I said yes. She told me she'd be seeing me again. And she's right. I never could have imagined how delicious a chicken shawarma pizza could be. I'll be back!

I ordered a medium chicken shawarma pizza, Arizona and bottled water came up to $19 for two people. 5/5 cost - very affordable. $13.99 Medium pizza will give you 8 slices. We ordered this for dinner and it was very filling and hearty. The pizza comes with two free toppings not including the shawarma. We added bacon and green peppers on top. 4.5/5 taste - will definitely come back the pizza was well made and had really good flavours. The uniqueness of the shawarma really jazzes up a regular pizza. The reason for 4.5 was because the shawarma was a little bit dry but the garlic sauce compensated for it. 5/5 service - lady at the counter was very nice. We kept on going back to the counter for serviettes, plates, forks and a box and she was very polite and professional. 4/5 - atmosphere: regular pizza joint and very casual. Don't expect fancy decors. The place was clean and casual.

The garlic sauce tastes very similar to a no name caeser salad dressing, the shredded chicken tastes like rotisserie chicken. This place at best can be passed off as comfort food, at worst a bad mix of pseudo Lebanese cuisine with pizzas, although to their credit at least their dough isn't so tough like dominos.

Ive been to the North York location more times than I can count. The pizza is great and they put a generous amount of meat on their shawarma pizza. I usually order one when one of my friends from out of town comes over to visit, so they can try it out. The platters are also good and filling.

I used to frequent the one outside Landsdowne station often when I was in highschool. There was just something about an amazing shawarma at a low price with pineapples in it that had my heart swooning! Yesterday I had the chance to visit it's new location near Yorkdale to try out the pizza shawarma ($12.99) medium and my expectations were met! If you love pizza and shawarma you've got try this yourself. Make sure to add hot sauce and banana peppers for the extra kick. Service was also top notch, the lady and gentleman who tended to us behind the counter were very welcoming and sweet. I can't wait to go back!

After having a few fairly disappointing slices from them over the past year, I decided to get an entire fresh pizza to see if it's any better, since Blondies was closed for Christmas Eve. While the toppings were plentiful and tasty, the dough and crust were as horrible as the they had been on the slices that sat under a heat lap for hours. The dough is simply too firm, floury and dry. I'm not sure how they could have gone through the R&D process and settled on this mix, it's simply unappetizing. Usually a large pizza would be gone in one sitting, but we had leftovers for days. Getting through it all was a chore. Their house made signature garlic sauce is tasty, but watery. We also got hot wings with our combo. While they tasted great, they were simply the smallest wings I've ever seen in my life. Two small bites and you're done. Anyone ordering just wings for a meal would absolutely still be hungry after finishing them off.

If you're not feeling for Yorkdale foodcourt food or any of the restaurants in the mall, only a few minutes away is a really good pizza place right on dufferin and wilson: Chito's Pizza! Sells both pizzas and mediterranean food all under the same roof so what do you think they did? They put together both kinds of foods into a delicious combination called the Chito's Signature Pizza which is basically a pizza topped with chicken shawarma and all of the sauces that usually come with it! You get to pick one topping with the chito signature pizza so we got pepperoni, it was baked and then topped with chicken sharwarma... perfection yumm!

My cousin told me about this place and I had to check it out for myself. Basically you can choose any slice of pizza and have chicken shawarma added on top with garlic sauce and their hot sauce. You can also get a medium, large, or extra Large pizza with any 3 toppings for pretty cheap. It's so good and be prepared to find yourself lining up again to order another slice on your way out. They have also different platters and sides but it's the Shawarma Pizza that takes the pie!!!

The dough for this pizza was unique, almost like an afghan naan. I liked it a lot. It is like a combination of osmows and a stove oven pizza in the same bite. I loved it!

This place is a hole in the wall, local loved, very tasty place! The pizza looks amazing; get it by the slice but I encourage you to get a full pie as the ones I saw them cracking out were mouth watering!!! So I'm alone, on a course and just needed a quick meal so I got a shawarma. Although I'm completely biased for Ottawa shawarmas, I have to say this one was as good. Although the garlic sauce isn't quit as good, the ingredients, especially the chicken was as good, if not better. They don't use pita, more like a naan bread, it's super nice with the char they grill onto it before dressing. I got all dressed and spicy and I will credit them for not being shy with the toppings. Great sandwich, $10 with tip, get that over and over again!

The chicken was mixed with two layers of cheese and a few slices of tomatoes. We ask them to hold the chili pepper. Adana is a lamb skewer. It was tasty and flavourful. It comes with a chili pepper and mixed salad, which was good. We swapped out the rice for fries, which was also good. The Baklava was just right; it wasn't drenched in honey, so it stays crispy. The Turkish Tea was the a good fish to a meal. Apparently, it is free when you have a dine-in meal. The customer service was good, except we have to keep asking to fill our water glasses. There is enough indoor seating. There is easy listening (English-language) music playing in the background. This restaurant opened in Feb 2024. There is free WiFi. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible, but there is no door-open button. There are separate male/female washrooms downstairs, thus not wheelchair accessible. There is paid neighbourhood street parking. There is one high chair for little children. Review 2024-148

The waiter was really nice, he was friendly and smiling when he greeted me and took our order. My friend and I shared the meat doner with bulgur because we were not that hungry. It's a good thing though that we were able to park on the residential street after 6 p.m. This is a fairly small restaurant with a patio. Menus are viewed by scanning a QR code. I'm not sure if it's specified, but certain items are only available at certain times. There's a chance that what you want to order is sold out or not available, so I'd recommend having a backup order ready. It was a super busy night when we went, so the food did take quite a while and was severely staggered in arriving at the table. Luckily, the restaurant was considering adding a pasta dish to their menu, and we were given one to try complimentarily. It was pretty tasty, and so were the dishes that we each ordered. The portions are decent, so if you're not a big eater, it'd be good to share dishes. The bread is so fluffy and yummy! At the end of the meal, we were given tea. It was a nice touch. However, they should specify that it's on the house. I had brought a cake and asked if we'd be able to cut it and eat it there. The server said yes, but it'd be a $5 charge per person. I understand that they provide plates and cutlery and will have to wash it, and I'm not sure what the norm is, but $5 per person seems high.
