I love how natural and clean my nails look. They feel strong without being super thick or bulky, and I feel like they hold up so much better than what I've done in the past. I always get compliments on my nails, especially the designs and how clean they look. Kunie is so meticulous and creative, and she definitely keeps up with the latest trends and techniques. Poor customer service. The lady (Kunie) who did my manicure was very unprofessional. I knew that I have awful nail beds but that's why I come to the nail salon. I asked for an acrylic full set medium but instead she gave me gel x short nails, which is not at all what I want. Usually I'm able to verbalize my concerns but this whole place gave me the ick and didn't want them talking about me (which I know they do because they were talking about another patron after she left). I will not be going back. The male who did my pedicure (Denny) was pleasant and even told the lady to not make comments. Nail salons are supposed to be a place where you feel pampered and good. This place did the opposite, my entire mood was ruined and I texted my husband throughout how awful of an experience I had. And she cut me twice and I started bleeding. Response to management: I specifically asked for builder gel, however she said I should really do gel x and I said I prefer the builder gel. As she began prepping my nail she asked AGAIN that i really should do gel x which i then responded "okay" because she kept repeatedly asking me even though i asked for builder gel specifically. This is not my first time at a nail salon. In addition, I never once said they were talking poorly about someone in their native language. I have worked with many a people and work in places that others speak comfortable in their native language. It is in poor taste of you as a business owner to assume I felt offended and or uncomfortable with people speaking in their native language. I visibly saw them point at a customer and them talking about how she didn't want to pay for gel despite agreeing to the serve. So please don't assume what I heard versus what I know to have happened, it is in very poor taste. Lastly, I have several pictures I can show as well where I was cut (twice on my finger nails) and once on my pinky toe which required the nail technician to have to stop the bleeding with a cotton ball. read more

The pedicures and complimentary drinks are the highlight here -- no complaints there. Unfortunately the manicures didn't measure up. Ours felt rushed, and my wife's regular polish was already chipping shortly after we left. For what we paid, the quality should hold up better than that. The staff also spent a lot of time chatting with each other in another language during our services, which left us feeling out of the loop and honestly a bit uncomfortable. Focusing on the customer in the chair would improve the experience a lot. Great pedis, but the mani quality and customer experience need work. read more

Wow. I have been looking for a nail salon like this for a long time. Everything was so well maintained and clean. Their receptionist was kind and was able to book us in same day for two pedicures. Our technicians were Mia and Helen and they were wonderful. We went with the deluxe pedicure and the scrub, paraffin, and massage were all perfect. They even have a complimentary beverage menu complete with cocktails, Vietnamese iced coffees, and crisp diet cokes! Really don't plan on going anywhere else. read more

Super vibey salon--it's chill, clean and professional. I've gone to Kuni twice after seeing reviews on Yelp, and she's really amazing. First time we was able to do wonders with my short nails worh a gold French. Second time she did the cleanest nail art with some bright red stars with builder gel. Only caveat is that nail art can get a little pricey since it stacks--french, nail art, chrome are all separate charges, so strategize what you want that isn't going to be too pricey. read more

Visited this nail lounge with my bestie for our long overdue pedicure date. Made an appointment for a Saturday afternoon via their online portal & arrived right on time for our appt. I recently moved back to the area and wanted to treat myself to a relaxing pedicure before welcoming my baby. Unfortunately, this experience was not what I had hoped for. Throughout the service, the nail tech repeatedly nicked my feet with the drill and seemed very rushed. When trimming my nails, one side was noticeably left longer than the other. I also paid extra for gel polish, but only one coat was applied, which felt disappointing given the additional cost on top of the high price for a pedicure already. What I was most looking forward to was a little relaxation and a nice massage, but the technician seemed more focused on watching the TV above me than providing a quality experience. The whole appointment felt rushed and impersonal, which was a bummer since this was supposed to be a special treat before my baby arrives. On a positive note, the salon itself was very clean and nicely decorated. Unfortunately, the service didn't match the atmosphere, and based on this experience, I won't be returning. read more

I've been getting my nails done for many years and have never experienced the level of customer service that they offer! Kunie has done my gel x set with intricate design twice and the finished product matched my inspiration picture exactly. She is fast, clean and precise! I've also been hunting for someone who does a great pedicure. I get acrylic on my big toes due to ingrown nail surgery. Went to this salon for the first time yesterday 8/22/26. The tech doing my daughter's pedicure absolutely destroyed her big toe. Admittedly my daughter did have slight ingrown toenail prior to coming but nothing as bad as what she woke up to this morning. The technician asked if it was hurting and my daughter said yes then she continued to dig and dig at the toenail. My daughters toe is severely red, irritate, and pussing. She can hardly put her cleat on for soccer and when she does get it on she can barely walk bc she is in so much pain. I've now been in 3 times and it is by far the cleanest salon I've been to in Orange-- hands down. They are a bit pricier than others but the quality of the staff and products makes it worth it in my opinion. My gel pedicure lasted for weeks-- and my feet felt so hydrated after. I have gotten two hard gel fills and reshaping by two different techs and they both did a phenomenal job. Not too thick and the shape was spot on. I especially love their hard gel colors and the fact that it isn't just clear with gel coloring-- and it is the perfect amount of nude/natural. Will def be back! read more

My husband, mother & I recently visited Chloe during its soft opening. We were greeted by the owner who helped us get checked in and shared that our treatment came with a drink on the house (coffee, soda, tea, wine or bubbly) - love! We were served a glass of rose, soda and house-made Vietnamese coffee (so good). The interior of Chloe is beautiful, thoughtfully designed and spotless. The staff was so friendly and helped my family and I to multiple pedicures and gel manicures. Every technician we encountered was super friendly and worked with such care. Our entire experience was top notch: the service, amenities (loved the massage chairs), and prices were reasonably priced. I will mention they have an assortment of many/pedi options - example: you can get a basic pedicure from $37 all the way up to a highly curated pedicure for $90 - something for everyone! One thing to note: I'm not sure they use newly sanitized nail equipment per service like some other salons do. I called hoping I could get a last minute reservation and they told me they could fit me in right away!! As always, the decor and vibes are immaculate! It's beautiful, chic, extremely clean, and the staff members are very professional and kind. They have a snack bar at the very front of the salon, and they many books filled with example nails of their specialty polishes! So many pretty and interesting colors. I chose the Milk and Honey pedicure and it was fantastic. My pedicurist was very good and took a lot of time cutting down the skin around each nail, she also did her darnedest to remove my calluses. She was incredible and I would recommend her to anyone. She also brought me a delicious ice cold Diet Coke and gave me a beautiful 15 minute massage. Plus, this salon is conveniently located in the Target parking lot, so I make sure to walk there after my self-care for a little shopping session! Extremely frustrating experience and lack of accountability from management. During my appointment, I showed the tech exactly what I wanted directly from the book: #22 the jelly cat eye nails, not the lined cat eye look. However, the technician did not use the correct technique and the finished nails had multiple quality issues which I didn't realize until I had walked out the door including uneven shaping, polish missing on the sides, and cuticles not properly done. Also, the color looked completely different from what was shown. I paid a total of $80 for my nails: $60 for dip powder, $5 for gel color, and $15 for what was supposed to be the cat eye. None of these extra charges were communicated to me until it was time to pay. Upon noticing the multiple issues I realized I was very dissatisfied with the service for the amount of money I paid. I came back within 15 minutes and calmly explained what happened and asked if they could be fixed. Another technician did help clean them up, which I appreciated, but the manager's response was extremely dismissive. While the second technician was fixing my nails, they explained that the look I was going for couldn't be achieved without a clear gel tip, and that the dip powder was affecting the color. This was never communicated to me beforehand, which is why I had to settle on a completely different gel color. When I went back to the counter the second time the manager initially gave me only $10 back. As I left, I remembered I had paid $15 for the cat eye and had to come back to clarify. That's when she mentioned the extra $5 upcharge for the type of gel polish, which also had never been explained to me. Instead of taking accountability, the manager told me that next time I should bring a manager over while I'm sitting in the chair if there's a problem. That makes no sense. If a technician isn't sure how to achieve the look a client is asking for, it is their responsibility to ask for help, not the customer's. She also told me that if I leave and come back next time, they would not issue a refund, even though I returned within 15 minutes and the service had to be changed to a completely different polish. There was a clear lack of transparency with pricing. Getting defensive when a customer calmly says they are unhappy with the results is not good service. For $80, the quality, professionalism, and honesty should reflect the price point. Unfortunately, that was not my experience, and I will not be returning. Edit after owners response : To clarify, this was my second visit to this location, a month after my first, not a frequent returning client as suggested. My nail shape was completely different from the first visit, and I was requesting a very specific "jelly cat eye" look, so it's misleading to imply I should have known how the dip powder would affect the color. While I understand that manufacturer samples are done on clear tips, this was never communicated to me beforehand, which is why I requested a different color when the look couldn't be achieved. I returned within a reasonable amount of for corrections, hardly "after the fact." The main issue here was not the technician, but the manager's handling of the situation: placing responsibility on me for not asking for a manager in the middle of my appointment, failing to communicate the up charge for the gel polish the second time I came back, and being dismissive about the refund. For $80, I expected transparency, accountability, and quality service, none of which were delivered. Thanks for your response. read more
