This is now my go-to nail place!! I found this place on yelp and they had good pricing and open availability so a friend and I went to check it out and pamper ourselves. I got a gel-x manicure+pedi and my friend got a regular manicure+pedi and we both really enjoyed our experience! I wanted to do a Disney pattern and I showed Kim the pictures of what I wanted and she did an amazing job at duplicating the pattern and color matching. She listened to what I wanted and took her time being so meticulous. I was very impressed and love how my nails turned out!! Tracy did both of our pedi's and she did my friends' mani and she was also really good! She took her time and even heavily scraped away at my callouses (more than other places). She was really nice and both of them chatted us up. Overall, I had a great experience! It was clean, lots of easy parking, and Kim & Tracy were really great!! I will definitely be coming back!

I came across "Gems Nail & Spa" on my lunch one day and wanted to try it. Well today was that day! They were so welcoming and super nice right when I walked in. I told them that I only had an hour for my lunch and they did not hesitate. Although we were on a time crunch she was super efficient and patient. I was nervous asking for basic French tips considering the time we had but she said she was able to do it. I trusted her and I don't regret it! Her lines were so crisp and even in each nail. Her attention to detail is so amazing, I would absolutely go back and get some designs from her!

Tracy always absolutely kills my nails! She pays attention to every detail, takes her time, and somehow makes them look even better than the inspo every single time. The shape is perfect, the glitter ombré is flawless, and they last so well. Not only is she talented, but she's also so sweet and makes every appointment relaxing and fun. I came here for a pedicure and had a decent experience until I saw them saving the used paraffin wax to put back into the melting machine. I was horrified and just wanted to rush home to wash off the bacteria from the unsanitary materials they had used on my feet. I urge everyone to stay away from this place (I even managed to snap a photo of them keeping the used wax); that must be why the place is so empty. read more

My bf and I got our nails done here recently and we really liked it. It wasn't busy and they sat us right away. He liked his manicure and pedicure. My pedicure came out nice. The salon is big and clean. Looks pretty new. The ladies were very kind. Some of their tools they only use once and toss so it felt very sanitary The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because both of us felt like they rushed even tho no one else was there waiting. read more

Probably one of the worst nail experiences I've ever had. The technician was in such a rush that her work definitely showed in it. I showed her a picture of what I wanted, and there was no comparison. All of the lengths were different, along with the tips. I really didn't even want to get a manicure and they talked me into it. Ladies or Gentlemen, if you're looking to get in & out quickly, this is the place. It's so new, that there is no wait time! Staff was very friendly. I had a pedi & mani, Helen & Tracy were great! I highly recommend this place! I came in with a broken nail, and although they didn't have the exact polish I originally used, they took the time to find the best matching shade. Everyone was friendly, the space was very clean, and the staff was highly skilled. I am very particular as to where I get any "beauty/spa" treatments at, but his will definitely be my go-to spot from now on! read more

I was in town and needed my nails done at the last minute, so I picked this salon because it had…read morealmost 5 stars and a ton of positive reviews. After my appointment, I went back and read the negative reviews, and honestly, those matched my experience much more closely. The first red flag was that I walked in to ask about pricing, then left to think about it, and one of the employees actually came out into the parking lot to convince me to come back. That immediately felt off. The second red flag was that I asked for almond-shaped acrylics, and the technician immediately started putting tips on without ever asking what length I wanted. He just assumed I wanted them short. By that point I was already committed, so I just went with it. As the service went on, I also noticed the salon wasn't as clean as I would expect. There were leftover decorations up and everything was just dirty and had stains on it, and debris around the work area, and it just didn't give me a great feeling. To be fair, the pedicure came out really nice. They opened what appeared to be a sealed pack of sanitized tools, which I appreciated, and I'm happy with how my toes turned out. The acrylic nails, though, were another story. The technician left noticeable gaps between the acrylic and my cuticles, as well as along the sides of my nails. They're also extremely thick. My boyfriend, who normally doesn't notice nails at all, actually asked if they were press-ons because they looked so bulky and fake. It's only been about a week, and because of the large gap near the cuticle, they already look like they've grown out for several weeks. I know sometimes a last-minute appointment is all you can get, and that's why I stayed. But if I could do it over again, I would have gone somewhere else. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this salon based on my experience.

I appreciated that he would ask for my opinions on the artwork because I opted for gold detailing compared to my inspo pic. The staff took their time, paid attention to every detail, and made sure everything looked perfect. You can really tell they care about their work and their customers. She wanted to feel beautiful and feminine just like her mommy. When she was 4 years old before she was diagnosed with severe ADHD I tried taking her to several nail salons. Unfortunately, instead of patience and kindness, we were met with judgment. Because she had a hard time sitting still, people would make faces, seem frustrated, and treat her like she was a burden. As a mom, that was heartbreaking to watch, and I could see it affecting her confidence. Then I found Michelle's salon completely by chance through work, and it truly felt like a blessing from God. From the very first visit, Michelle and the entire team welcomed my daughter with open arms. They were patient, gentle, encouraging, and made the experience fun instead of stressful. They never made her feel like she was "too much." Instead, they made her feel seen, accepted, and beautiful. Today my daughter is 5 years old, has since been diagnosed with severe ADHD, and she still gets excited every time I tell her we're going to see Michelle. She feels comfortable there, confident there, and genuinely loved. As a mother, there is nothing more meaningful than seeing your child embraced for who they are. Michelle and her team don't just do beautiful nails they create a safe, welcoming space where everyone is treated with kindness and dignity. Their compassion has made a lasting impact on both my daughter and me. I will forever be a loyal customer because of the way they've treated my family. Thank you, Michelle, for reminding us that kindness is just as beautiful as the work you create.
