I called the salon and was informed by a staff member that I would be charged a $10 cancellation fee despite being sick and wanting to reschedule rather than cancel outright. Since my service was only an underarm wax, the fee amounted to approximately 40% of the total service cost. I asked whether an exception could be made given the circumstances, but was told it was the "manager's policy." The response felt very scripted and lacked any empathy for the situation. I ultimately agreed to pay the fee, but asked that the manager be informed they had lost a customer over $10. Unfortunately, the experience became even more disappointing. The manager, Sarah, called me after I had already explained that I was sick and wanted to discuss the situation. I was really not feeling well and did not appreciate receiving a call to discuss this further. I told the manager that, because I wasn't feeling well, the only discussion I was interested in having was whether the cancellation fee would be refunded. Instead of addressing my concern, Sarah ended the call abruptly by HANGING UP ON ME. I understand that businesses have cancellation policies, but customer service and compassion matter. A little flexibility for a client who woke up sick and was trying to reschedule, not avoid paying, would have gone a long way. Instead, I was charged a fee that represented a significant portion of the service cost and was treated in a way that ensured I won't be returning. If you book here, just be aware that if you wake up sick on the day of your appointment, you should expect the cancellation fee to be enforced regardless of the circumstances.

She had my foot soak ready to go, along with a heated neck wrap and a blanket. On top of that, she made me a delicious vanilla chamomile tea, accompanied by a chocolate. A literal pampering angel. My facial was done by Chasity. She was also so nice and she gave me plenty of time to change and get comfortable in the spa bed. She listened to my skin concerns and tailored the products for my face. Throughout my appointment, she explained each step of the facial. At one point I was so relaxed, I fell asleep. Any design I bring to him, Pinterest chaos, random snapshots at 2am he absolutely delivers EVERY SINGLE TIME. But honestly, all of the nail techs are amazing. The whole team is so kind, friendly, talented that when walking in feels like visiting friends who also happen to perform tiny acts of beauty magic. She made sure to clean up the edges and even added a pink clear coat, which is actually what I prefer anyway. My nails came out so pretty! The basic pedicure was $30 and my total was $38 because of the $8 gel-removal fee. The whole thing took about 50 minutes, which I thought was pretty reasonable. The only downside was the strong chemical smell when I first walked in. It was pretty intense and honestly started giving me a little headache. Other than that, I had a really good experience. They also have a stamp card where you get a stamp for services $15+, and your 10th stamp gets you $10 off. They offer gift certificates too, which I thought was nice. Overall, I'm really happy with my pedicure and how my nails turned out. I'll definitely be back!
