The search engine brought up this store as having the boot I was looking for and that it was in stock at this location. I could have purchased it online for in-store pick up, but I opted out of that and wanted to go inside the store to try it on. I'm glad I did because the online price for the boot was $100 with a discount. When I went inside the store to purchase it it was on sale for $40. I got a $150 pair of boots for $40 and I was stoked about that! When I went inside the store, upon entering, I was greeted by both employee and was even asked if I was finding everything OK while I was in there. This time, my experience was much better than the last.

So, along with the buy one get 1/2 off, I got an extra $20 off of my order. I got two pairs of shoes for the price of one which was awesome! Clothing is pretty much reasonably priced. Employees are hard to find while shopping but this seems like the trend no matter where you shop. Sometimes there are a lot of people in the checkout line. Better to do your shopping during the week to avoid long lines. Great place to do shopping for presents whether birthday or holidays.

I went to the nonperishable food aisle and picked up a bottle of coconut oil for $3 cheaper than it would have cost at the grocery store. You can find Quality spices, Asian spices, Greek style grape leaves for stuffing and herb infused olive oil. I found the employees to be courteous and helpful. One employee stopped what she was doing and walked me to the purse area when I asked where it was located, now that is going above and beyond and excellent customer service ! I think I'll be visiting Ross more often.

Tip Top today (August 3, 2026) charged me a $15.00 storage fee for one shirt that didn't even cost $15.00. I asked that they should have called me prior to when the storage fee was to go into effect. They said they called us several times. I asked them to prove that they called us prior to last week. They refused to attempt to prove any prior calls to us. I stated I would never be back, and they said that was fine with them. No, I'm sorry Sir or any comment like they wanted to keep me as a customer. I could understand if I was in the habit of leaving my dry cleaning over 30 days on a regular basis. This was my first time that I forgot. I would have expected a one time exception and waived the fee. I guess they make a policy of not calling before the late fee goes into effect so they can make that extra money.

It took an hour to get there and when I did there was a sign in the door that said "be back at 4:00". I am FURIOUS. I drove all this way for nothing and I am not waiting around for an hour for the employees to come back. I have to prepare for my week. Lunches/breaks should be staggered.
