The meeting went well and the person that showed up at my house was nice and polite. The problem was that I felt as if I had to chase the person in order to get my bid. They stated that they had to go out of town and I would get the bid when they returned. So I received the bid 7 days after my appointment and 5 days after all the other bids. The price of the concrete was a fair price but I decided to go with another company because of the time frame I needed. Perhaps next project I can use this company.

Everything!! Hunter Kemp (BEWARE-of who you're dealing with by checking online). Hunter Kemp was a…read morerepresentative of this company and told us directly and in writing that it was the worst job ever done by him and his company. At first he said he would come back and correct the entire job, but now is refusing to correct it after 4 written requests. We had excess sand everywhere including in our pool. he broke some of our pavers, failed to put sealer on our pavers outside our doors, broke our screen lock coming in and out. I heard him pound the door. Which he denied and I saw him do. At our front door we have piles of sand hardened in the corners of our front door. Sprayed sand all over our exterior doors and did not clean it up. While performing a paver replacement job on some uneven pavers, approximately 6 ft. X 10 ft. When he finished the repair he failed to add joint sand to the repair area, which would have, when sealed, protect the pavers from erosion and wash out. After starting the job, Hunter told my husband he was a Neonaxi which frightened us as senior citizens. Why he told us this we do not know? Do not do business with this man. We just wanted a good sealing job on our pavers on our home which is only one year old. He took cash and did not give my husband a receipt/invoice. Take a look for yourself

I had so much fun picking out my trees: Japanese Blueberry, Pineapple Guava, and the Podocarpus. I actually came in wanting a magnolia but left with these because I had no idea about the many varieties of tree species! Dan being full of knowledge on each type of tree, carefully considered location, preferences, long term vision, and all the details to curate the perfect fit for the look I'm going for. I still will get my magnolia for my front yard next season because they were gorgeous. I want to note that I have seen comments on pricing being high with Moon Valley in general, but from my experience of seeing how healthy and well loved the trees are cared for, plus with excellent service both at the nursery and the crew putting the trees in, it's worth the quality investment and puts equity into your property. So plan a day exploring the beautiful variety of trees they carry and ask for Dan, especially if you're looking for a custom experience and have a longterm goal in mind!

Some bids we got were outrageous.... but after reviewing all five contractors - we decided to go with Sisneros Fence! Roberto provided his bid timely.. made suggestions and most importantly COMMUNICATED with me in a timely manner! While he was not the least expensive, his pricing was VERY reasonable! We chose Sisneros Fence and could NOT BE HAPPIER! They did a PHENOMENAL JOB! We added privacy fence along the back of the property and part of the sides and then we put in decorative iron gates at the front. From start to finish the entire job went perfect and took only 2 days! Roberto even came back to re-inspect after his crew and to verify that we were happy with the job!
