On behalf of my friend who your employees shamelessly humiliated, I'd like to say you have THE worst customer service I've ever witnessed in my entire life. Coming from someone who's been in the customer service industry for 5+ years, I've experienced better service in a nightclub restroom than we had at your Irvine spectrum location. I was shocked to watch not one, but three of your employees blatantly ignore my friends and I after asking a simple question. They didn't even try to hide the fact that they didn't even care to serve us. I can't help but feel like this was racially motivated seeing as we were the minority in the establishment at the time. Clearly this business/building/brand is dismissive, rude, and unwelcoming. As an owner, I would be embarrassed if my employees did not have the ability to uphold even the most basic standards of customer service. After going through other reviews it seems this is an ongoing problem that will never be corrected. Seeing as the management here is just as careless as their employees, I can't wait to warn everyone I personally know not to spend even a penny here. read more

Decent crepes. Terrible service. Saw several people come in after me and not get greeted at all. All the girls (maybe high school students?) stand there and stare at customers waiting for them to order. A few not wearing masks. No ventilation in the store. No music. The service was not good, people who ordered after us received the exact thing we ordered first and then we were asked later (as we were patiently sitting) "are you waiting on something." Keep in mind this was the same person who took our order. They put the food together and then just left it on the counter looked in our direction and walked away. The other folks who had the same thing had a cute ribbon thing holding together their containers of strawberries however ours did not, however that is not the main issue here. read more

if I could give this place negative reviews I would. For starters, the person who manages this place seems to enjoy hostile work environments. The manager or who I assume is the manager, seemed to give dirty looks to her workers I was here 3 months ago and I should've written this when I originally had gone but it slipped my mind. The workers seemed off in their own little world like they really didn't care about their jobs at all, I understand being paid minimum wage for a crap food service job but a job is still a job. Be professional !! Don't get me started on the ridiculous prices, I ordered a crepe with dark chocolate cookie butter oreo crumbs and vanilla ice cream.... Almost $20 for ALL of that ! A crepe by its self is $4.99 + $4 for the chocolate then $2 for everything else I wanted to add fruits but seeing how expensive it was for my ONE item, was absurd, and the lady who helped me i believe her name was Maria ? Didn't bother to tell me the prices got raised with everything i added. And the drinks are expensive too! $8 for a watery looking shake... and around $6 for a redbull with sugary flavoring in it.... This place ISNT worth it. My crepe was overly crispy they overloaded it with chocolate which made it hard to eat after I asked for them to keep it light, the Oreo crumbs tasted like they'd been left out to get stale, and the ice cream was melty... over all I'd say 4/10 The workers look miserable and I don't blame them, being in there felt miserable. I blame the people who run this place who clearly do not understand what the hell they are doing and don't know how to run a proper business. This location is absolutely the worst. My friends and I love chocolate bash, but lately we've been receiving horrible orders (from DoorDash). One time, the items came cold, hard, and with banana crunchier than a rock. I don't even know how you can have banana that hard. First of, I love chocolate bash... all locations. Never had issues with any location and the food service is amazing. BUT I went yesterday to the irvine location and this employee her name is Walaa is sooooo loud not only that but she kept yelling at her other 2 coworkers ( a girl and a boy). I am sorry to tell you this but even if you are the manager you don't deserve this position. Even if they make mistakes doing the order during a busy time of the day nothing gives you the right to be such rude and mean to your coworkers in front of your customers. Walaa was frustrating us the whole time, my party and I, because of her loud voice, yelling at the coworker and insulting them. This is unacceptable. You dont have any right to do any of this in such a tight shop and everyone can hear you clearly, absolutely no rights even during a busy time of your shift. We didn't have fun because of the bad vibe she was giving inside the shop. Besides waiting more than 30 minutes for 4 orders my crepe didn't come as I always order. It was cold and didn't taste good and the chocolate wasnt saucy it was hard because it got cold. This is supposed to be belgium chocolate. Wanted to find a late night treat and this place was open. We were the only customers, we ordered 5 different milkshakes. They got the first milkshake made pretty quickly but we waited 30 minutes for the other 4 shakes. The girl working didn't seem to know how to make them, she kept having to check the order board, she was just pacing around, trying to open cans of whipped cream with her gloves on? We didn't even hear the blender. The manager was taking the trash out, and another girl was just standing there. Was definitely not worth the wait or the hassle. As an extremely picky eater, I have to say this is by far the best dessert place I've ever been to. I've ordered 3 things from them: Oreo milk shake - made with real Oreo - hits the perfect balance of sweetness and flavor. It's blended in a way that's really smooth. Normally I like thick milk shakes, this one is not thick. But the way it's blended provides fantastic texture and acts as a delivery mechanism for the chopped up Oreos. You basically taste Oreo and milk. It's amazing. Crepe with half Nutella and half cookie butter - this is probably the best dessert I've had period. You MUST eat it fresh though, do not try and take this thing home. buy it, eat it there - the texture is literally like putting a warm blanket in your mouth. The chocolate and cookie butter go so perfectly together, and the added fruit is so refreshing between bites Chocolate covered strawberries - honestly, better than edible arrangements The atmosphere is amazing, the designs are fresh, very warm and welcoming place to be. Not to mention the staff is very kind and professional. The ONLY point of feedback I have is, I wish they would invest in some more stable tables or at least put something under them to keep them from wobbling when you're trying to cut a crepe.
