We were after the dessert. THE FOOD. - Caramel Banana Crêpe. Thin, delicate pancake with ribbons of caramel, globs of whipped cream, banana slices, and almonds sprinkled throughout. Flavor, for the most part, was good, but the unripe banana slices brought down the sweetness and added a chalkiness that made my mouth feel dry. In addition, the almonds leaned more soft & chewy rather than crunchy. - Almond Croissant. Flaky, buttery, and filled with a sweet almond center. On top, sliced almonds and a delicate sweet glaze add textural contrast to this croissant. THE PARKING. For the smoothest arrival, skip circling the lot and head straight to the theater parking structure. It's closest to the cafe and parking there is free. THE VERDICT. A pleasant lineup of sweet treats worth coming back for, but I'd probably try a different crepe next time.

A very nice little shop with a variety of items from ice cream, baked goods, drinks, cafe food and crepes. They had some beignets that immediately got my attention so i tried their Trio which is Chocolate, Nutella and White Chocolate. It was good but slightly on the dry side but I believe if I had it fresh it may have been better. You can't come to a French place like this and not try a Crepe. Their A La Folie is the classic dessert crepe with Nutella, banana and strawberry. This was made fresh to order and was the best item in my opinion. As for the drink their Pistachio Matcha Latte sounded nice to go with everything. While things were good I believe if things were served in plates and nicer cups there would be more people sitting and trying this place out. The lady working was very nice and hard working as she did everything from taking orders, and cooking the crepe.

Was so delicious! Had their crepes and they were out of this world! They were warm and ohhhyyyy gooey and fantastic and came looking beautiful.

I stopped by in the morning for breakfast during the holiday weekend. I was pleasantly surprised! I ordered a guava cream cheese danish which was sweet and flaky with just the right amount of cream and jam in the middle. I also ordered a chicken pesto crepe and banana caramel crepe to share with the family. We really loved the chicken pesto crepe! It had a nice crispy finish and the flavor of the pesto was great! The banana dessert crepe was sweet and fresh. We preferred the crispy finish on the savory crepe but both were tasty. The servers come out to where you are sitting which is a very nice touch and they are very kind! They do not have any dine in seating inside due to the size of the bakery but there are plenty of outdoor seating areas nearby. Overall I liked the place and I would definitely come back!

First time coming here and unfortunately it will be the last. Located at Irvine Spectrum and next to The Melt. I got their gelato 2 scoops ($8) and a couple of macaroons. Staff was OK. He didn't greet us or thank us for our purchase. Maybe he was having a bad day but still you should have good customer service. Pros: Simple and modern interior I like how they have displays of cute French decor and delicate desserts like eclairs and macaroons Cons: Pricey for the little bit you get Poor selection, limited menu My scoops of gelato was so small. I have had larger portions at the Laguna Beach gelato place. The macaroons tasted OK but I've had better for a cheaper price as well.

Kind service. Cute and clean bakery. I appreciate that they offer milk options for the same price.

The cafe's display of the pastries and desserts was cute. The chicken pesto crepe could have had a bit more pesto flavor and less egg-y. The chicken tomato mozz sandwich was pretty (good) cheesy. The only downside is the sourdough was a tad sharp, as all sourdough is, and I managed to slightly cut my lip ‍. Food was good otherwise

Another spot at Irvine Spectrum to grab a sandwich and some French macaroons. The girl who was working last Thursday was very sweet and let me try a few different flavors of homemade sorbet. It's near the Improv so you can get macaroons to go and watch comedy.

Amazing service and the crepes are delicious and very affordable. There's plenty of seating right upfront. I hope it gets more traction because it's such a lovely addition to the Spectrum.

I can be a stern critic but I may have just gotten this place on a good day. My sister and I came to pick up macarons before leaving back to her place in Tustin this past weekend and it looked really cute though was relatively empty despite it being a very busy weekend which might be all direct correlation to the reviews currently written. We got a box of 6 of Coffee, Lavender, Rose, Tiramisu, Biscoff & Raspberry. My ratings for them are as follows: Coffee: 2/5 - No coffee flavor at all; Just tasted like sweet cream but texture was nice Lavender: 2.5/5 - Wish the lavender flavor was more subtle; texture was thicker but similar to above Rose: 3.5/5 - Decent rose flavor but also overpowering like the lavender Tiramisu: 3.5/5 - Tasted just like the coffee one but the sweet cream flavor makes more sense for this type of macaron; No coffee flavor was present Biscoff: 5/5 - Amazing and would order a box of just 6 of these next time Raspberry: 5/5 - Also amazing and would order another half dozen of these We don't ever plan on getting food here and it seems a lot of poor reviews came from this but can vouch for some of the macarons above as we would definitely come back for these.

Such a cute little place if you want to grab something for your sweet tooth! I tried their crepes and it was delicious! Also bought a tiramisu to bring home to my husband and he said it was one of the best ones he's tried. Will be coming back here for sure :)

So happy to see a new quick food option around Spectrum! This place has a great variety of items - from sandwiches to baked goods to even gelato! I love that their food options are so healthy compared to the other options around Spectrum, but the star of the show for me was their gelato. I tried the cappuccino gelato and it was sooo good. Everything here is also super affordable and the service is awesome! I believe I met the owner (I think her name is Laura?) and she was super kind and welcoming. It sounds like this place is under new management with her and it's in great shape - I would definitely recommend anyone at Spectrum to spot by here for a quick bite.

I ordered through the kiosk because there were people waiting at the register. After about 10 minutes, I noticed multiple customers who ordered after me already receiving their drinks, so I asked the workers if my order had gone through. They apologized and said the kiosk order never printed, and that they would make it ASAP. Unfortunately, even after bringing it up, I continued waiting while other customers' drinks were being made, including remaking a drink for someone who had just walked in. By the time I got my refund sorted out, the whole situation took around 30 minutes total. I understand mistakes happen, and I'm not trying to be a Karen, but I was disappointed that there didn't seem to be any urgency after realizing I had already been waiting so long. A little more attentiveness and customer care would have gone a long way.

The cashier explained the menu items and suggested a few of her favorites. We ordered the pesto chicken flatbread. It came out toasted, topped with a mountain of arugula, and drizzled with balsamic vinegar. It was soo good! I love arugula! We also ordered the avocado toast topped with an egg and more arugula!!! Yesss! We wanted to try one of their coffees as well so we got a mocha latte. Very yummy!! And for something sweet, we got the belgium special crepe! OMG it was so pretty i didnt want to eat it! I can't wait to go back and try the other menu items. 10/10

I had been here a few times…read moreover a decade ago, but it has been well over ten years since my last visit, and it is clear that the ownership has changed. The cafe is now run by ChocoFruit, and unfortunately, the experience was a significant disappointment. When I walked in on a quiet Thursday morning, I was not greeted at all by the two employees working. It was incredibly awkward because they did not acknowledge me, even when I attempted to say hello. Since I was essentially ignored, I used the kiosk to order. While I found the number of options for pastries and crepes to be overwhelming, I was surprised and disappointed by the lack of variety in their coffee menu. The quality of our orders was unfortunately just as poor as the service. I ordered an iced Spanish latte, and my friend ordered a strawberry matcha and a chocolate pistachio croissant. The drinks were flavorless- my latte tasted entirely like milk with no hint of coffee or cinnamon, and the color was noticeably off. The croissant was even worse, as it appeared to have been microwaved and placed in a plastic container, which made the pastry sweat and turn soggy before we even had a chance to eat it. It looked and tasted like a low-grade, bulk-bought item rather than a freshly made pastry, which was particularly frustrating given the price. The only bright spot during the visit was a young man who entered from the back kitchen as I was leaving. He was the only staff member to offer a warm interaction when I said thank you for my order. Aside from that, the atmosphere remained cold and uncomfortable throughout my time in there. It is truly sad to see an establishment that used to be a great spot go so far downhill. I likely won't be returning, but I wanted to share this feedback in the hopes that management addresses these significant lapses in both service and product quality.

There are 3 indoor tables, 3 outdoor tables, and a long counter where customers can stand. I ordered one of their special signature drinks, an iced mint cold brew. A look into their pastry case led me to also request a raspberry danish. The single person behind the counter who was taking orders and working as barista was not exactly charming but it was understandable as she was slammed with multiple customers right when I arrived. My order was presented within a couple minutes (she was great at multitasking!) and I sat out on the patio. The iced mint cold brew was refreshing and was like drinking a box of Campfire Girl mints, both chocolatey and minty (sidebar: I am so sad that, as of last year, those mints are no longer made). It essentially was a mocha made with coconut milk and mint syrup; I really liked it. The pastry was rather dry but the raspberry filling was vibrant in flavor and not overly sweet. The vibe is more of a place for hotel guests to have a business meeting or to grab something prior to dashing off to a corporate event rather than just a place to hang out. But it's also a great option if you are near the Irvine Spectrum and just want to stop to quickly get a coffee drink and sit for a short break.

The menu mentions that hot teas make the wait time a bit longer cause they heat it'll up. Topping options are somewhat limited, but that's perfectly fine for me since I always choose aloe vera. They also offer soy and oat milk alternatives, though the menu notes that dairy provides the creamiest texture for their milk teas and encourages you to stick with dairy if you can have it.
