This place had me hungering for more after trying the more cookies I say it was well satisfying for someone who loves sweets. The service was fast and the location is hot. They skewed yelp reviews because if you do a review and show it to them, they give you a free chocolate covered strawberry. If people were giving honest reviews after they received their order, instead of before they even place an order, there is no way it would be ranked this high. This was the most disappointing and overpriced dessert place I have ever taken my kids to. Their charge after charge for each topping and layer scheme is ridiculous. I tried to just go with a cheaper option with the chocolate dipped banana and that was a $9 banana that was mushy inside, and fell apart as I ate it. I squashed a child's dreams because he wanted brownie and chocolate and ice cream and told him he had to to choose 2 things instead of 3 and I still ended up with $12 for a single brownie with some chocolate drizzled on it. They draw you in with these toppings and options and build you own, but if you actually built it like you would want, some base, chocolate, ice cream and a topping, it's a $25 dessert for one person! Totally satisfied our chocolate cravings! My older daughter was bummed that Somisomi ran out of cookies and cream ice cream yesterday night so I had to figure out how to cheer her up. Luckily I spotted Chocolate Bash in the distance. I've ordered from the Tustin location before and remembered loving everything I ordered (especially the lava cake) so I quickly made my way over with the girls. The staff was so friendly and helpful in answering questions. My daughter had a vanilla ice cream topped with Oreo crumbles and we all shared chocolate covered strawberries. Very good quality chocolate, but extremely stingy with their serving size, especially in the chocolate covered fruit cup. When they first opened, I was literally ordering it every single night for delivery to my house and it was coming with a lot of chocolate and chocolate on the bottom. Now they put a very little bit at the very bottom and some at the very top and nothing in between and I tried to call ahead of my delivery order and ask for a little more and this really rude lady said that I should order more on the side if I want more and I'm like astonished that you guys have cut your serving sizes down so much. read more

There are seats and tables outside but finding a communal area in the Irvine Spectrum is probably better. I would have to be craving for it and if it is peak strawberry season, I would treat myself to one. We waited 25 mins after ordering which is not bad if you have good company but when you are hungry and a toddler, that 25 mins seems forever. Saw a BOGO deal for their Knafeh pistachio chocolate bars on Postmates. We were hanging around the Spectrum and decided to pick it up to try. It's marked at about $13 on Postmates but with the deal it comes down to about $6.50 a bar which isn't bad. Pickup was easy. The bars were neatly packed in a takeout bag. The bars are much smaller than pictured and they come packaged already. Upon tasting, we really like the texture of the bars. The knafeh is reminiscent of the texture of rice crispies inside a Crunch bar. This is essentially that but with more and pistachio filling. The pistachio was good, but we wish the flavor was stronger. Still a very good chocolate bar. read more

Really good overall. My wife ordered a strawberry Dubai chocolate cup and enjoyed most of it. It was really too large even though it was just a medium. She said the pistachio cream really gives it a distinct flavor. I ordered a chocolate dipped Oreo. It was good but really there was too much chocolate to even taste the Oreo. It was still good but I've definitely had better dipped Oreos. Staff was quick and kept the short line moving quickly. They were friendly and professional as well. Store itself is quite small so with only 3-4 small groups in line, we were at the door. Not inside seating but, being in Irvine, finding a seat outdoors is always a nice option or just eat your cookie while you walk and shop. read more

5/27/26 Purchased the fruit platter with fondue set. I didn't realize the fondue set wasn't in the bag until I got to my car. I rushed back to let them know and then they realized they forgot. I didn't want the fondue set anymore and asked for a refund for the difference between a regular fruit platter. The manager "issued" the refund but and printed out a receipt but nowhere did it say it was a refund. I waited a couple days for the transaction on my credit card to clear only to find out they still charged me the price with fondue set. Not only was I scammed once for not getting the fondue set they scammed me twice by not providing the refund when I went back. read more

We were shopping in The Spectrum and wanted a sweet treat so decided to come check this place out. The store is pretty small and when we walked in, they told us the register was cash only and the self-service kiosk was card only. There was a lot of people inside and it looked like there was only one worker. He looked overwhelmed, which makes sense, but honestly it just came off as rude and like he did not want to be working. It seemed like the cash register receipt was giving some people duplicate numbers as the self-service kiosk. When he called out a number 2 people approached, and he looked so annoyed at them that they both came and claimed that was their number. It was just a big mess, and you could tell he was so over it. The kiosk asked for our name so luckily that's what he called. As for what we ordered, we got the Dubai chocolate covered strawberries. The strawberries were actually pretty fresh but to me the chocolate wasn't the best. We have tried this at other places that were cheaper and tasted better. This location inside Irvine Spectrum has many offerings of chocolates. I came specifically ti try their Dubai Chocolate bar. Although, they also have Knafeh for their other menu items. The Dubai bar was fairly priced at $9.99. Cost wise, it is pretty fair except when you order the Dubai Chocolate concoctions it gets pretty pricey. The taste of their Dubai Chocolate is a delicious, milk chocolate taste with knafe in the middle in smile squared size bites. We look forward to trying once their varieties for a treat but it's definitely not every week because it's pretty pricey. They also accept cash! Yay!!!! read more
