Each visit to Hudson's Cookies has been amazing. The customer service is top notch! The staff is super friendly. We were driving to this location from Magic Mountain and called in to reserve a couple Vegan Walnut Cookies (well worth the 2 hour drive). They were kind enough to hole them for us. The cookies (all tried so far) have been delicious!! You should try them at least once. They are a little expensive; however, well worth it! Very impressed being a first time customer. Their chocolate chip cookies (the small puck size) is one of the best choco chip cookies I've had in years. When comparing their cookie to paderias, levain's, lazy acres, and chip's Hudson has a perfect balance of dough, semi sweet/tart chocolate and butter. I'm rating this place off of our chocolate pecan cookie. First and foremost, service 5 stars. Cookie is 4. This reminded me of Paderia style cookie. I will say that Paderia's is better. This cookie tasted wonderful, but I do think the ratio on ingredients is just a little bit off. It leads to a cake-y texture. I like that too, but it's not the texture I was expecting.
