They had just opened at noon, so we were excited to be some of the first customers and check out the flavors of the day! The young lady working was super friendly, professional, and genuinely seemed happy to be there--which made our experience even better. She kindly offered us samples of several flavors, which helped us narrow down our choices. I ended up going with a scoop of Piña Colada and something new to me called Candy Dream--a purple gelato that surprisingly tasted like strawberries. Super refreshing and different in a good way! I got mine in a waffle cone, but was a little bummed to find out it was the last one already--only an hour after opening. My husband had to go with a sugar cone, which was still tasty, just not his first choice. We originally came in hoping for chocolate, peanut butter, or salted caramel, but learned they rotate flavors daily--so what's on the menu board isn't always available. Just something to know ahead of time if you're craving something specific. Overall, great little spot with delicious gelato and warm, welcoming service. We'll definitely be back to try more flavors (and hopefully snag a waffle cone next time)!

I usually go solo, and meet such nice people, some of whom attend with a friend, or spouse, and others who are solo like me. I love the wide variety of classes: I've learned pickling, pasta making from scratch, how to make creams and curds, and about different mushrooms and ways to prepare them. You also get plenty of delicious goodies to take home, which is a great bonus. Definitely money well spent--I can't wait to sign up for another class!

She loved it. I got the Gyro Pita with a side salad and my son got the Gyro Pita with fries. A friend of ours got the Chicken Souvlaki with Lemon Potatoes and we all lived our meals. For dessert, we all got the Chocolate Brownie, which had some whipped cream on top, and came warm. It was absolutely fantastic! We both took some food home especially after the Dip Sampler. We arrived around 5 pm and got the benefit of the Happy Hour price of $2 off a draft beer ($6 instead of $8) and $1 off the martini. The baklava has a generous supply of nuts, and I have enjoyed the Baklava Cheesecake at home for dessert. The restaurant decor is relaxing and attractive with thoughtful touches like a little table for your purse or to put your leftover containers on. The metal artwork tree, wicker lamps and paintings on the wall contribute to the cozy ambiance. Service has been prompt with someone coming over to greet us quickly. The only small disappointment was that they were out of the Maryland special crab soup, which I had been hoping to try. The cream of crab soup was top notch - a bowl would have been a meal in itself. Then came a salad big enough for 4 (delicious) and fresh out of the oven bread (enough for 4 also). The chicken breast with crabcake was massive and very tasty. The veal parm was sooooooo tasty and also massive. We have at least 2 more meals each.
