First off, I want to comment on the reviewer that said the chocolate was covered with goo. I can't understand that, since the candy is in a very heavy, sturdy foil bag. My shipment came in perfect condition. It was packed with care and there was no extra charge for the cool-pak. This is the first time I have ordered chocolate over the Internet, so as soon as I got it, I, of course had to taste it. The dark, milk, and white were all exceptionally good. I was a happy camper. Aside from the shipping and taste of the product being five star, I want to comment on the excellent customer service I received. I had a problem with the web site, so had to contact the company. I did this by email. My email was answered very promptly by Emily. I was instructed on what to do and I have to say that the email was very friendly and informative. It is obvious that this is a family run business and it was obvious to me that they have pride in their product and care about how customers are treated. It is hard to believe that the reviewer mentioned above was treated in such a manner. It is unfortunate that this happened. I will be telling my friends about this company and encourage them to give it a try. Thank you for your outstanding customer service. As a fairly new amateur chocolatier, I LOVE Chocoley for their super-fabulous customer service, helpful tips, and FREE email classes! They always have time for even the silliest questions - believe me! But none of that would be worth a hill of (cocoa) beans if their chocolate weren't absolutely superior to any other chocolate I've tried using (and I've tried quite a few - from craft store to high-end, expensive european chocolate peels!!) Their no-tempering-needed peels are PHENOMENAL - resulting in smooth, shiny molds with exceptional flavor. NO WAXY TASTE HERE!! Just pure true chocolate - in white, milk or dark - makes no difference, all are incredible! Their couverture (tempering needed) chocolates rival any of the best Europe has to offer. I have now been using Chocoley for 3 years and absolutely LOVE their chocolate. I typically stick with the BadaBing peels which don't need tempering. The finished product rivals any professional chocolatier's, and the flavor is out of this world! I tried many different products before finding Chocoley, but haven't strayed since then. No need to - everything from their peels to the caramel to the cream fillings is spectacular. In addition, they offer tips, email classes, advice, and recipes to help their customers become more skilled and varied than they might otherwise become on their own. Customer service is FABULOUS! I've had VERY few issues in dealing with the company, and on the couple occasions when something came up, they were polite, helpful, and worked with me to resolve the matter. I've had NO problems whatsoever with any of their product or shipping. A few months ago I needed to make one hundred fifty chocolate caramel apples and one hundred fifty chocolate lollipops for a Sweet 16, and because I had never worked with chocolate before, I began by searching the web for a good chocolate supplier. I was struggling to find a good melting chocolate for cake balls. The products I found in my local grocery store and craft stores were too thick to smoothly enrobe the cake balls. They were lumpy and unprofessional looking. I found Chocoley Chocolate online and called for information. Not only was the salesperson friendly but he was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me determine what kind of chocolate to order. I placed an order of Bada Bing Bada Boom Dipping and Enrobing Chocolate and within a few days I had the delivery. I am a novice chocolate maker and a devoted chocolate lover. I decided to make Hand Made chocolates as a gift for our wedding guests. I wanted the best chocolate available for this task. Their prices are more than fair, but most importantly the quality and taste of their product is first rate. I make candy every year for Christmas gifts and was looking to try better ingredients than are available in the grocery store last year when I found Chocoley online and decided to try their products out. I have purchased chocolate from Chocoley several times. From the Bada Bing Bada Boom (doesn't need to be tempered), to the Couverture Chocolates (requires tempering) to the chocolate specially formulated for chocolate fountains, I have yet to be disappointed. I,ve tried every chocolate from white chocolate to extra dark and love it all. Their sugar free chocolate is wonderful and does not have he usual aftertase associated with most sugar free products. Oh my, is this stuff yummy! I discovered Chocoley just before Christmas last year, and was my family happy I did!
