They were honest enough to mention that current pricing direct from Apple was great and to purchase the Macbook via the Apple website and then call them back. They even e-mailed me the exact model and specs I would need based on what I described I would use it for. Once it came in I gave them a call back; they came on-site and took care of everything from there. I had a five year old laptop which they transferred all my data from, to the new laptop and setup my e-mail etc. My Wi-Fi was also very spotty. So they replaced my old wireless router with a newer one and made some custom adjustments to the settings to make the signal perfect in my home. Now all my devices work well around the house.
