I went to Apple after a water bottle accidentally spilled in my bag causing water damage to my new MacBook Air and they didn't even look at it and just advised me to buy a brand new MacBook since the price to fix it would be just as much as getting a new one. Great friendly service. Last year I had a repair done at their other location in Fairlawn. They were inundated with repairs but when I told Andre, the head technician and Dan, the owner that I had to return to Florida they repaired it right away, and it's been fine ever since. Recently my cell phone stopped working and I went into a Verizon Franchise location. They looked at the phone and said that the "New Towers" had been put up and that my phone was an older model. For $800 + bucks (special price), I could get a new one. No than ks. I called Dan at his new Saddle Brook store and over the phone he walked me through fixing the phone. In 5 minutes it was like new. NO Charge! I wish more businesses ran their operations this way! read more

Don't toss your slow or broken computer. Don't let apple convince you your machine is obsolete. Come see these guys!! One phone call to Dan for a quote and I went in right away to see what could be done to upgrade my old 2010 MacBook Pro and my 2012 iMac. Dan gave honest advice and provided economical options which saved me the trip to the Apple store to buy a new computer. We upgraded the hard drives in both to an SSD and Maxed out the RAM so I could have peak performance out of these older machines. They had a fast turn around time, the MacBook Pro was done in a matter of hours for same day pick up, the iMac took about 3 days. Dan explained the complexity of removing the iMac screen but they preformed the necessary upgrades without any damage to my screen. The price was fair and competitive to other repair shops in the area. They took all COVID a precautions seriously, mask in addition to disinfection my machines before pick up. I have a 2014 macbook pro, pretty old model that worked well, but had been having performance issues related to an old battery. It finally gave out on me this morning, but was no issue to these guys. They told me it might take until next day, but then turned it around in ~3 hours (very surprising as apple or best buy would've taken at least a week). I've been contemplating this review for a while. About a month ago, I bought a used 2015 MacBook Air online and felt that the battery life was suffering. Other than this, it seemed in pretty good shape and easily had some miles left. After a quick online search, I happened across Mac and PC House. After reading a few reviews, I figured I'd give them a shot -- even though they were pretty far away. Dan at the shop was friendly and courteous and he said they'd need it almost a week to check under the hood. Fine. When I got my machine back (THE FIRST TIME), I was told that they switched out the battery and I should be good. Seems simple. Upon inspection at home, however, I noticed that the battery life cycle didn't change an it still drained significantly. Basically, the battery cycle count should have "reset" to 0 since it was a new battery. Here we go again. The machine still drained overnight about 12 percent so I gave Dan a call. Again, he was great and told me to being it back for another week of intensive tests. They were going to check the board, chips, etc. Oy. Flash forward about a week later and he told me that they put ANOTHER battery in and the reason why it may still drain 10-12 percent overnight was because my MacBook Air was an i7 and that a higher processor drains the battery quicker (which may be true but shouldn't be the case). Actually, two things. I also own other MacBooks and they don't drain nearly as fast. My wife's 2015 Air will hold a charge for weeks. It's amazing. So, in the end, I'm out about $150 and have -- what I feel -- is a crappier battery (albeit new) than when I went in with. Sure, they were accommodating in taking a second look but, in my opinion, they certainly didn't fix my problem. read more

I really want to give this place a better rating. I really do as the representative who assisted me was very friendly and sincere. However i did have several problems with their service. The 1st one was, i had called their shop twice before going to get pricing for my phone. Both times the rep told me it would be $129.99 to 149.99. That was considerably low as orher places were charging $230-260 for the same repair. I had waited a week to have time to stop by and drop off the phone. I went there about an hour before closing and to my surprise the rep told me he "accidentally" quoted me the wrong price. He said the price would be $230! He apologized and was very courteous but i explained to him that i waited a week to get my phone fixed by them since they had the best price and could have gotten it done sooner. He pulls up on his phone how much he pays for the screen and kept saying that he was doing me a "blessing" as he wasnt making money from my repair. I told him i would think about it and left. My 2nd issue, i returned the next day and dropped it off a little before 11am. He told me the turn around time was about 30 mins but had to get the get the part from a supplier and that would be about an hr more. 1pm rolls around i called becuase i havent recieved a call back, another guy answered and told me it would be ready in 30 mins. I stop by around 130pm to pick up my phone and the guy tells me it wasnt ready yet. I left and came back around 3pm and long and behold my phone wasnt ready. They called me close to 5pm to tell me that my phone was ready for pick up. it took them around 6hrs to fix a cracked screen! As i mentioned before the guys were really nice and friendly but the turn around time on repair plus with the misinformation made rhis experience a not so pleasant one. read more

I went in for a LCD + Screen repair for a white rose gold iphone 6s. I had an okay experience, they were super nice but I don't like that I had a originally white screen on my iphone and had to leave with a black screen with them saying they would take my number and give me a call when they got a new shipment in that was 4 weeks ago, the LCD glitches if I have the brightness too high. Not happy! I really wish I could leave a better review because they were nice but I didn't get what I needed. read more

I needed help with my MacAir 4gb /128g and running out of space ,I know nothing about computers. They told me that they could update my computer for a great price. They were extremely knowledge, and very accommodating, they offered up a few options, I could trade in my Apple watch or products and use that toward my payment or pay cash/credit. They also extended an invitation for me to come in and they would help me better understand and utilize my MacAir for free .
