Shrimp and grits were absolutely delicious.

Amazing shrimp and grits. Really good service and positive energy! Not a lot of seating but most people were in and out so it was not a problem. Looking forward to warmer weather to sit outside!

My partner lived in the area years ago and this was one of his go to places, so we decided to pop in and try something after many years. Upon walking in, I felt the place could use a good dusting and wipe down. The place looks like it could also use some updating. As for the food I had a Breakfast Burrito Egg, Black Bean Puree, Rice, Avocado, Slasa Roja, Boston Lettuce. Overall it was tasty, the eggs were nice and fluffy, cooked perfectly. All the flavors together worked really well. I wasn't crazy about the rice portion, it looked like white rice they threw seasoning on. The service was pleasant and fast. Not sure if I would drop in again. We'll see!

At 65 years old living in America's big cities...I'm a burger critic. The only fast food burger for me would be shake shack which I rate a 6/10. This my second Choice burger in 2 years(I live in L.A but my son lives down the block on Lafayette. First time I tried one last year I was surprised but, yesterday truly impressed I rate it 8.5/10 -like the Polo Bar Burger for me. This burger meat is imported from Ireland. I really don't care where it comes from as long as each bite is clean and consistently flavorful. The bun perhaps could be tweaked they provide a slightly spicy dressing on the side. I tried it with, without and mixed with ketchup. The blend works best for me. 19.95 comes with fries or greens. Laura the waitress in the back is reliably consistent respectful and a very pleasant smile.

It's a cute cozy open kitchen cafe restaurant vibe. Some people were sitting studying . This place has everything including smoothies. I have a cold and I wanted either a tea fresh juice or soup I decided on chicken vegetable soup. I didn't care for it so much because it lacked seasoning . It had lots of celery and carrots. It didn't seem worth the $6.50 price I almost got a spinach croissant but decided to purchase a bottled juice I got a pure green in soul kick

    Blueberry Raisin Danish

Danish got tasted... old, like it had been sitting there for days. You can see some of the berries discolored from being near rotten. Jack, if you're reading this (and the other reviews) some improvement is to be made

Steak and eggs: 5/5 very good. Nice simple plate. Delicious and savory. Sweet potato fries were fire as well. They have a to go side and a sit down spot with outdoor seating. We sat down and we enjoyed all our food. Service was great.

This place is nice. Come in.

This is a good breakfast spot. It's a good vibe. The staff is cool... Everything I have purchased was freshly made. Banana Walnut Bread was good pick with my coffee. Nice day to be great. Live, love and laugh -Sha

Patiently waiting for our delicious quiche!

I really like this place and come frequently for their quiche and coffee but they really have a ton of options to get from just a BLT to getting premade food by the 1/4 pound from their "deli" area with things like glazed carrots and salads etc. The vibe is like coffee house since they do that too as well as like a little bakery? Its a nice place to take a seat inside or out and they have a takeout window on the side of the building so you can just order a sammy and coffee to-go. Please see the picture of my dog waiting for his dog treat (yes they have homemade dog treats) They also recently opened up a real sit down restaurant right next door thats just a great space too with great quick service and a great spot for brunch. So they have a lot of options but even better their prices are so reasonable it's a breath of fresh air getting food and a drink there. Anyway upvote "cool" if you think my dog is cute

I absolutely luuuuuurve Choice Market!!! I got into them while that franchised coffee shop opposite was closed due to the pandemic. I apologize Choice. I didn't know any better. Will fix this with more visits. I've been to them about five six times during the height of covid and was afraid to contaminate my phone by taking pics. Must rectify this. The staff is amazing!!!! During the pandemic management and staff thanked each customer individually. Not just with the regular old "thanks youssss" but with so much apprecilove! Like the Grammies and shxt! I in return thanked her one day for her essential service but she threw it back at me "no, thank, YOU for taking the time to support us during this difficult period." Man I wanted to cry. What an emotional time we've been (are) in. This "mum and pop" absolutely have my vote! Their store is always immaculate and their food is yummy coffee so delicious! Please support them. The End.

I waited for Mac and cheese for over 30 minutes to only get it and literally have a cockroach in my food. I'm pissed.

This time, we took the F train to Carroll St, walked by a quiet residential area and some busier streets. We ordered and paid by the entrance, given a number and looked for seats. Tables for 4, and along the long counter in the front area; small counter for 3, and 2 round tables in the back, where the restroom also is. Got a reg scoop of Coffee bean- small scoop, with specks of coffee; and a Warm brownie sundae - small for the price of almost $17- 1 regular scoop of ice cream, flanked by brownie (was good, soft and warm), covered with fudge. Asked for whipped cream and cherry on the side. Missing the shaved chocolate. Atmosphere is not lively for a soda fountain but I loved the decor/old pharmacy items. Employees were just working, with straight-faces/no smiles.

We ordered the egg cream (as it was award winning according to their wall), the black and white milk shake and coffee. The black and white milk shake was definitely the best of what we ordered. It was fresh and had a homemade taste. The chocolate had a richness to it. I would definitely come back to try the other items on the menu like the sundae. The place itself has a rather old timey vibe to it, which makes it quaint. The service was fast and friendly. If you're in the area I would definitely recommend checking out Brooklyn Farmacy.

The assortment of unlimited salatim, Hebrew for salad, was enjoyable and easily filed me without the guilt of overeating. And the view of the Manhattan skyline from the restaurant is just splendid. And one caveat, this Israeli meal is my small reminder that we should never judge or be judged by the actions of governments or political leaders. Humanity is always bigger than politics. Hatred becomes dangerous when we stop seeing people as individuals and start judging entire groups. History has shown us where that can lead. I was thinking to myself, could it be like Kulfi? Turns out yes! It's even better with the flavor assortment and consistency!
