Got clogged bath tub last night. I spent all morning to unclogged it... Nothing worked. I decided to call a professional. One of a plumbing company did not call back. Choise plumbing picked my call right away & told me that they will call me back in 1h ( the person was driving). 30 mins later, they call me back & told me that they could come in 1h !! Fast fix, (less than 30mins) very polite, I was so appreciate that they came here such a short notice, fast fix & working under this circumstances (COVID-19). Price was very very reasonable. Finding a really good, reliable, trustworthy contractor is such a valuable thing. Working with Frank at Choice Plumbing has been like hitting a jackpot. Frank came out to address a leak, and then afterwards I asked him to quote on another potentially very costly project. I was cringing inside thinking how much it was going to set us back. Frank spent a good deal of time investigating around the entire house like a forensic detective before figuring out the previous home owners had done something really strange, mystifying and downright whacky with the plumbing set up. A couple other contractors had looked around for a while before giving up and going home. Thanks to Frank, our solution didn't end up costing us $$$ thousands to cut into main lines, install bypasses, or anything like that. Just a simple, but amazingly bizarre set up with our existing valves. After fixing our leak, and doing all this sleuthing work, Frank charged us only the standard service charge. Incredible. Life savers!! I first came across with Choice due to a clean out issue. My HOA uses them and they came out and created a clean out for me. They also cleared a really bad plumbing line that caused a flood. Another plumber recommended cut a hole in my living room wall to create a clear out. Paul (the owner) said, one you do not need that done and secondly he recommended snaking it for a long time to clear the line. After Paul working on it for an hour it finally cleared. He used the camera and the clog was completely gone. After that Paul has been my only plumber. I am currently doing a kitchen remodel and the guys said that they could do flush piping for my W/D. They screwed it up and I called Choice they fixed the issue within an hour. The contractor (again) hooked up the water line to the fridge and screwed that up as well. I called Choice and they fixed that as well. I am not letting anyone else touch the dishwasher and the sink unless it's Choice. The last three visits have been with Manny and he is great! He's fast, clean and always pleasant to work with. I had two "previous" other plumbers that I dealt with, they would never call back or you would have to wait forever for them to show up or give bad advise (clean out in living room). THey came over fixed some things. Said they'd come back with the pipe to fix a gas water heater pipe. They didnt come back. Didnt tell me how much it was. Didnt ask for a check. I had my cc ready for them. They left and didnt come back. They flushed the system but the other water heater now has no gas pressure so the gas company said that tank wont heat. I have been TWO WEEKS WITHOUT HOT WATER. I call They say they will come out Wed or THurs. No answer No window. Still havent come. THey said they dont deal with Home Warrantee which is fine with me. I told them id pay them directly and deal with the insurance company myself but there has not been an amount given to me. THey are mad because they havent been paid but they left and didnt tell me what I owed. I guess im starting over. I tried calling back but no answer. Left messages. They were refered by a friend and had good reviews but I dont like being told i never paid them when i never was told the amount EVEN when i was on the phone with Paul. I will take this down if the repair happens today. TWO DAY WINDOW. AND NO COMMUNICATION. NO price If they dont want the job just tell me Im cool with that. If they cant come out in the two days just tell me that. I just need to know when they will come out. . This review is based on horrible customer service received by this plumber. I go to Yelp to find a plumber with great reviews to do some work at my house. I own this property, clearly I want someone I can trust and rely on to come into my home and help maintain my investment. I see the 5 star reviews for this guy AND he's in the same city. Great, right? WRONG! I call and leave a message explaining what I need and leave my call back number. Four days later, still no return call. I call again letting him know this is my second time calling but if he doesn't come out for estimates to please give me the courtesy of calling back and letting me know so I can move on and find another plumber. He finally calls back and we schedule an appointment for a Tuesday at 5:30 p.m. At 6:30 that Tuesday evening the guy was still a no-show. I called and left a message reminding him of the appointment and informed him I was very disappointed. This guy NEVER called back to reschedule or apologize for the missed appointment. You'd think that with services such as Yelp these jokers would take their business a little more serious. If I'm calling a plumber, clearly I'm having a problem that requires a plumbers help. How dare this guy just blow me off like his several 5 stars reviews give him a pass to conduct business like that. Unacceptable. read more

Frank knows what he is doing! Called him to look into a problem I had with the downstairs toilet and tub backing up, leaving a mess on my bathroom floor. No more than 10 minutes later he was at my front door, and before I even let him in the house he knew exactly what was wrong (tree roots infiltrating the sewage line). Less than an hour later he had the issue fully resolved, and even gave advice on how to prevent it from happening again. He promised a free estimate before coming over, and his service rate for fixing the problem was very reasonable compared to other plumbers I researched on yelp.
