He removed a now-useless vent that was going through my roof and sealed the roof so that water could not reach the wood. He also called the manufacturer to get details on the water heater and he tested my water hardness to see if I needed an upgraded part for the heater. He is also helping me to think through how to deal w/ the fact that it takes 2+ minutes to have the water travel from the heater to the far side of our house. water main: Steven replaced my existing water main and moved it further in the ground (it was almost at ground level). Stephen was professional and easy to work with. He finds the most cost effective fix. I had an under slab leak...yikes! He suggested and implemented a fix where we abandoned the under slab pipe and bypassed it using pex. Leak fixed. No jack hammering our laundry room. And, the risk of future under slab leaks from that pipe are eliminated. Oh, I also got estimates from another local plumber, and Stephen's price came in almost half the estimate of the other plumber. After the repair was done, Stephen checked his tech's work and even directed some tweaks to ensure it'll last for years. I'll definitely keep Living Waters in my contact list. Living Waters Plumbing (Steven) was hired to install a tankless water heater in my home in Redondo Beach. Steven did a flawless job with the install (see photo). He helped me select the correct Noritz tankless solution for my house and walked me through the entire installation process. The installation was flawless, which was slightly more complicated as I picked a higher BTU unit. The install required a new 3/4" gas line run from my gas meter. At 9:15 got a phone call to open the gate (we are a condo complex) for the plumber. A clean panel van came in and the plumber got out and introduced himself, not Srephen. He got to work and had completed the job(s) by 2:30. Everything cleaned up and working perfectly.
