If/when I ever need a plumber in the future, he'll definitely be my first call. Details: I was dealing with a leak in the water main buried under the concrete of my driveway. He was very responsive, answering the phone when called and fitting me into the schedule to evaluate the problem, gave me two viable options and clear rationale which was his recommendation. He was very willing to work with the leak detection guy I hired separately. He did the repair efficiently and effectively, starting with a small hole to minimize cutting of the existing driveway while he confirmed the actual location of the leak -- which turned out to be a bit off-center to where the leak detection guy had marked; Armando then made an appropriately sized saw cut, enabling access to make the repair while minimizing disruption to access to our garage during the repair. He did a solid job on the concrete patch when it was all done. He completed it in less than the time he allocated, and was a great communicator throughout the process. They worked Thursday/Friday/Saturday to excavate a section of cast iron pipe, replace the section with ABS, install a 2 way to clean out, and line 2 pipes. His pricing was very affordable. Armando and his team were punctual, explained things thoroughly, and answered any questions I had. After the work was performed, he tested all the systems to make sure they were functioning as intended. He also helped us with a shower water heating issue, and was able to point us in the direction of the necessary cartridge to order online, since it was off brand and they didn't have it in their warehouse. My sink has been clogged and unclogged 6 times over 3 years by all sorts of different plumbers and it never fixed the issue. Armando was able to send down a camera and found the issue in an hour. TLDR is amazing service, great communication and value. Armando and Omar came out to help me with my standpipe which had been overflowing for a few months whenever my washer went into the rinse cycle. They promptly identified the issue by going into the crawl space under the house where someone had installed pipes at a weird angle which as years went by had caused some accumulation of silt that was backing up the drain and couldn't be cleaned out. They quickly came to provide a fair estimate and then returned to perform the repair the next day after we selected them for the job.
