If/when I ever need a plumber in the future, he'll definitely be my first call. Details: I was dealing with a leak in the water main buried under the concrete of my driveway. He was very responsive, answering the phone when called and fitting me into the schedule to evaluate the problem, gave me two viable options and clear rationale which was his recommendation. He was very willing to work with the leak detection guy I hired separately. He did the repair efficiently and effectively, starting with a small hole to minimize cutting of the existing driveway while he confirmed the actual location of the leak -- which turned out to be a bit off-center to where the leak detection guy had marked; Armando then made an appropriately sized saw cut, enabling access to make the repair while minimizing disruption to access to our garage during the repair. He did a solid job on the concrete patch when it was all done. He completed it in less than the time he allocated, and was a great communicator throughout the process. They worked Thursday/Friday/Saturday to excavate a section of cast iron pipe, replace the section with ABS, install a 2 way to clean out, and line 2 pipes. His pricing was very affordable. Armando and his team were punctual, explained things thoroughly, and answered any questions I had. After the work was performed, he tested all the systems to make sure they were functioning as intended. He also helped us with a shower water heating issue, and was able to point us in the direction of the necessary cartridge to order online, since it was off brand and they didn't have it in their warehouse. Armando and Omar did very quick and professional work. Very detail focused and accurate. Walked me through every section and made sure I was informed of the work they were doing. My sink has been clogged and unclogged 6 times over 3 years by all sorts of different plumbers and it never fixed the issue. Armando was able to send down a camera and found the issue in an hour. They came out on a Wednesday and found the issue, came out the next day, created a new drain, and hydro-jetted our issue. TLDR is amazing service, great communication and value. Armando and Omar came out to help me with my standpipe which had been overflowing for a few months whenever my washer went into the rinse cycle. They promptly identified the issue by going into the crawl space under the house where someone had installed pipes at a weird angle which as years went by had caused some accumulation of silt that was backing up the drain and couldn't be cleaned out. We hired Armando to do 3 plumbing jobs (remove toilet to remove clog, replace old kitchen ptrap, replace cast iron drain pipes with ABS). He and Omar did a great job. Armando was very transparent and explained what he needed to do. For the replacement of our cast iron drain pipes, he texted me pictures to keep me updated as the work was getting done. He was also great about double checking everything once the job was done to ensure there were no leaks or anything before he left. They also cleaned up after themselves and took the old pipes away to get disposed. For the toilet job, he snaked the drain and then put a camera down to make sure it was cleared. Other companies quoted me a charge for using a camera, Armando did not charge for that and he let me see the camera footage live as he was doing it. His pricing was very fair.
