Thank you for your service, Frank! The night before, our bathroom sink drain decided to completely clog. It had been on its way to this point for a while. The issue with this is that the timing was really bad, although there is NEVER a good time for a clog especially when you only have 1 bathroom sink! And we were headed out of town for Thanksgiving and wanted to get this resolved ASAP! I woke up early the next morning and called 4 different companies. Nobody called me back except for Aquilina Plumbing! Thank you! Frank called me back in a quick manner and he said he could come by on his way to his first appointment of the day. Wow! He arrived and brought his electric snake with him. Uh oh! We had a power outage during the night and the power was still out! So, he came in, took a look, and said that he needed the electricity to resolve the problem. I was soooo bummed. He was polite and offered for me to call him if by chance, the power came back on soon. He drove away. Guess what? The power came on about 5 minutes later and I did indeed call him back! I figured he was near the freeway on his way to his second job and I'd be stuck with my clogged drain until after Thanksgiving. He answered and said he'd come back right away. Such a great kindness! Sure enough, he came back and unclogged my sink very quickly!! I can't tell you how happy and relieved I was to have the sink operational again! I have searched for a plumber like Frank for many years. I have found him and want to share my experiences. I needed to figure out a way to block hair from getting down my shower drain. Frank was fixing my sink and also looked at my drain as a favor. He came up with an idea to screw in a net that has worked perfectly. Such a caring, real and honest person who is a skilled top level plumber. This week I called him on Sunday night because of a hot water leak under my house that I noticed on my hardwood floors. this is an update on my last review, to prove how this plumber could not fix my drain neither could take his snake cable that he cut, out of my drain, he charged me $95 service charge for his bad service (i paid $100 Cash) and told me a stuck snake cable is not his problem, left the broken snake cable stuck in my drain and the only way to get it out is to dig it and that would be thousands of dollars job. I told him i was not happy about it and i don't believe this is fare, I asked him to get it out but he said its impossible and walked away leaving the snake stuck. on 2-13-2018 I was able to get the snake out myself without even using tools, I already had couple bad experiences with plumbers i don't trust them much. I will fix my drains myself and I advice everyone not to let plumber touch your property without written quote to guarantee his work. here are some photos I took after I removed the snake cable out. read more
