They polish it up real good and get into the nooks and crannies of your car where you might have spilled some coffee, or left some bread crumbs from that sandwich you were eating on your way to work. They even give you an air freshener to have in your car; you choose the smell! They even polish up your tires, and make sure the inside part of your windows don't have smears. They give a great deal of attention to your car whether your drive a Benz or a Civic. I highly recommend this place. They have a pretty awesome waiting lobby too, and even a small joint to gamble. The pumps are well lit in the evening and there is a fully stocked convenience store just a few steps away from your car. I've been here 3 times & I've always gotten the VIP Wash for $25. I'm usually satisfied with the wash & clean. However, they always seem to miss my trunk & forget to vacuum it! Not sure why, but I've learned to always check the trunk when my car is ready & to double check their work making sure they didn't miss anything. I have been going to this wash for a while, but never took the time to write a review. But after this last visit I was very impressed. One gentleman repaired a super ugly chip I had just got a couple days before. The whole processes was amazing did not cost me anything and the chip pretty much disappeared. I purchased $25 VIP car wash today. I was there around 1 pm, it was very slow, only 2 cars before me, by the time my car finished my exterior wash, the other two were done. So it was only my car left for all the workers. I thought definitely my car will be super clean today. There were 3 guys who started cleaning my car from inside. They finished in less than 6 minutes, which was extremely quick. I asked one of the guy how come they finished so quickly and did not even vacuum my trunk. So he did what I asked. I went to take a look at my car, and there's was nothing even touched from passenger side. They didn't vacuum my car at all, they did not anything basically. I asked them to vacuum my car again... After all it was still dusty and dirty. None of the things were done whatever it includes in VIP wash. I wasted my time and money today. Definitely I will never go back. read more

This place is a really good place. I like it. I love getting free air trees they are nice and not rude like the store up the street from this place. This place has kind nice hard working workers. And the car washers do a great but not super excellent job. A few times they didn't even vacuum the sides on the seats where the door and carpet is. And they didn't fully clean out the storage space underneath my radio of my impala. But overall they do a good job there and the wash is complete and the shining is good. Makes my car look and feel brand new. The Chili Verde place is great nice food! Love the Mexican food. Almost taste like LA Mexican food. Taste really nice. Love this location. read more

Missing money from my car! First time washing my car there today. I paid for the $25 VIP car wash. I wasn't offered an air freshener, as other reviews have stated comes with this service. My fiancé had left about $25-$35 worth of cash in the driver door compartment the night before. I was being very trusting and didn't move it, which was my big mistake. The cleaners were very friendly, they offered a protective coat on the leather dash at no additional cost. They gladly went over any left over dirt or bugs I pointed out on the grill. I gave them a tip, got in the car, and immediately noticed almost all the money in door missing. There was only $7 left and my car is just satisfactory clean. Won't return again. read more

I tried to get my car washed here a few of months ago shortly after moving here. The lady who met me was super nice when I asked about how long it would take since I had an appointment. She explained that they had been slammed due to a special that they were running and it would be awhile. She continued saying that I should come back just before 11 AM one day and take advantage of that special. Well, with my busy schedule, I didn't get back until today. Very different experience. A grumpy lady met me. When I mentioned the special, she looked at me like like she didn't know what I was talking about, and then remembered that the special ended the first of February. I thought, no big deal. I told her what I needed done and she replied, " So you want the...." I said sure, and she proceeded to write the ticket, asked if I wanted gas and said they'd take care of it. I was good to go! Not so fast. Sigh. Here comes one of those windshield guys. You know; the kind that inspects your windshield without your permission in order to sell you something? Yeah. That guy. He proceeds to tell me that I have about 3 places where something has penetrated the surface of my windshield. I don't know if I do or not. I hadn't noticed them and can't see them since my car is dirty, and I'm not interested in dealing with it at this time. I let my husband take care of that stuff, which is what I told the guy. Not willing to take no for an answer he says, "Have you been told that's a problem before?" Now he's not just trying to up-sell me, he's accusing me. ( For the record, I have not been told that, nor have I ever had my car washed there.) Excuse me! ( I thought), but said, "Never mind." Without another word, the woman took her papers back. Now I just don't trust them for anything. That's sad. Dear Scott C of Sinclair: Thank you for taking the time to respond. I did decline the service, but was pressed again in an accusing way. That was my issue. I stopped by here to get a 'quick' carwash. They had three choices: $15/$20/$25 car washes to go through an automatic machine and then vacuumed, interior cleaned, and wheels cleaned after the car goes through the machine. I thought that they did a really nice job on the car, but a quick stop turned into 60 minutes of wait time. It's a good thing I had time on my hands that day, because they do not work efficiently here. They need at least another 3 or 4 staff members to make this a great car wash. Free air freshener of your choice is a nice perk versus them spraying something random in the car. They did try to hassle me to get a chip out of my autoglass, but I shut the guy down quickly. Don't buy any of the additional things they try to sell you. The car came out looking great. I will probably go back, unless I find a better full service car wash. read more

I've been here a few times. Declining service each time. Bought an executive wash for $20 and car came out of the wash and then sat for almost 25 mins before anyone touched it. Other cars were wiped before mine and they came out after my car. No sense of order or urgency. The dude who finished my car was done with his previous car for almost 10 mins before he leisurely worked his way to my car. He actually drank a cup of coffee between cars and before working on my car. I have fairly low standards from a car wash, but I value my time and I will do business with companies that value their customers time. Tip for management- have someone in charge in the wipe/detail area. Letting your employees self manage is not working. I will try another car wash in the future and will drive past this mess. Chose this location today to get my Jeep smogged & serviced; Mike took care of me all through my time at the Dino Lube shop. They did a thorough service, topping off all fluids. I discussed a leak issue, and appreciate their experience and honesty. No hard sell, no cheating. I will bring wife's car here, and recommend it to friends. As for the Windshield Guy, a smile and a no is all you need... Unless you need the service. Tips were not mentioned, and was my option. read more

First of all, let me say that I've been a loyal customer for several years and have even referred plenty of family and friends to come here for car washes, SMOG, oil changes, etc. But after today, I will no longer be coming back and I'll be sure to tell everyone else not to come back either. It is a matter of principle now. I cam in this morning for an oil change and did not have any issues. I was out running errands and at my next stop, I realized that my novelty dice valve covers were all missing. I specifically looked at all my tires this morning before I went in and they were all there. So, I returned to the shop to retrieve my missing valves. I was met with blank stares and shrugged shoulders by three technicians with "I don't know" and "I didn't see them". I even gave them the opportunity to say that they may have put them on another car or apologize. NOTHING....silence. I even mentioned that I tipped them $20 for a $67 job and no one even offered to buy a cheap set to replace them. Just like an "Oh well". My problem is not that I have to get a new set, it's the way I was treated when I came came back. Once again, NOT ONE APOLOGY and not one offer to replace it or even return my tip, so I can get new set. I hope management will look to find more honest and empathetic employees in the future. Brought my car in for a VIP car wash for the first time yesterday and it was a total let down. The staff didn't vacuum the trunk, glove compartment, side pockets of doors, and missed several spots inside of the car. It literally took them less than 30 minutes for a $25 car wash. Was going to bring my second car in and now I will never go back. The basic machine car wash was all right, but don't recommend y'all to get the VIP car wash, waste of money and time! read more

The first thing that they're going to do when you go pull up for a car wash is WITHOUT CONSENT start picking at your windshield with their fingernails and arguing with you that you have a chip. I have a brand new car - I asked them to stop picking at my car and if I did have a concern I'd go through a reputable windshield repair service through my Insurance. They don't honor their discounts. When I showed them a sign for the Monday-Thursday "happy hour" 11-1pm special, they rudely replied they no longer "do that" and they took the sign off a long time ago it. When you go to pay inside, attendants there don't encourage you to get a loyalty program stamp card or ask if you have one. I wouldn't even get gas here despite the 0.2 cents per gallon off discount with car wash. Going to find another hand car wash. read more

I come here a lot especially for car washes and smog. Never had any issues. However the post office is the worst!! That little Asian dude is a jackass and rude AF!! I've came twice because it's closer and cheaper to my house. 1st time the lady clerk was very helpful. 2nd time I came he was on the phone so I waited for him to finish. He looked and said, "well?" I said I was waiting for you to finish. Then he said he wasn't on the phone. I said that's funny you had the phone to your ear. He charged me $26 for one package. Asked him about "one set price" which was $19.99 package and he replied "you can try!" He then charged me $7.80 for posters. I asked why when I was charge $2.80 last time? The lady behind me told me it's because they charged me as "medium" package last time. I then told her down the street they charge you $5.50 but that's why I came here because it was cheaper. He then gonna tell me to take my mail and leave if I can find cheaper. I told him to carry on and finish my transactions since I was already here. He persisted I leave. As we were leaving he came out rushing to my car. My daughter said,"back the F up!" He said he needed his stamp back. She said ok but you need to backoff on us. I ripped it and threw it at him. Why would you rush at me when you could easily cancel the transactions??!! I feel bad for employees and all people he had cheated!! Don't ever go there!! read more

If i can give it zero star i would until they fix the problem went back 3 time for my missing custom made windshield sunshade. I was given the runaround. The manager is not even doing the effort to investigate. I guess customers ain't first. I'm hopping scott can see this review because the manger German ain't solving the problem. For some reason one of the female manager knows what I'm talking about which I haven't told her the full description of the sundshade. Managers usually get phone numbers to follow up they don't even bother to ask for it plus usually businesses have a lost and found and for some reason this place doesn't have it I wonder why. My daughter took her white car to be washed. It was pretty dirty so she paid an extra $5 for the upgraded wash. What a joke! The front end still had bug residue on it, the white door edge moldings were still black, there was still road grease on the rocker panels, and the rear bumper had black marks that I easily wiped off with a damp microfiber. Great personal service. After they said they were done with my Expedition. I pulled around to get ice and drinks. I saw where some water ran out from the side mirror. I went over and told the person who did the final touch up about it. He apologized went over to my truck and spent another 5 minutes making sure everything was right. I have lived in Las Vegas for 37 years. I know the weather here is sunshine all the time and cars, trucks and vans in this town are always clean. I have been to plenty of car wash places or stores and they have done a good job. I went Choice Sinclair for the first time yesterday no need to go to any other car wash. They did and outstanding job on our vehicle. We got the VIP wash with it you get .20 cents of each gallon of cash. The technician did an outstanding job inside and out, our vehicle looked like "new money" Great job. The convent store was outstanding plenty of snacks and drinks...also there is a Mexican Cantina located there with a full menus of burritos, tacos and more. Our cashier was Jennifer who explained all the services available to us, very friendly and courteous, there is a nice waiting area, to wait for your vehicle have food or coffee and watch TV. Best car wash my vehicle has ever had. Check them out you will not be sorry. read more
