Worst service! Worst decision of getting a car wash here. I sat outside and watched my car dry in the sun for 40 minutes before they started wiping it down. So, first time here and the wash itself was ok. $25 for VIP isn't bad either. My gripe is that they stole $20 from my spare change compartment. When I arrived, it was there. I know cause the day before I moved the $20 bill outta the way to get some coins. When I left the car wash, I was headed to mcdonalds for the kiddos. When I opened the change compartment to use the $20 it was gone! I called the station and spoke with "Angie" who said she was the person in charge. I told her my situation and she said to call her back in 10 min. I waited and called back. When I did, she said that she spoke to the guys who worked on my minivan and they all said they didn't see any $20 bill. Ok, fine. I went here and got a car wash. After the guys dried my truck, I reached in the door compartment to give them a few bucks that I always keep in my truck. I came here for a simple smog check and was getting bad vibes from the incompetent and borderline rude man that was doing the check from the beginning. After messing around with the lever to open up my hood for a few minutes he came back and told me that it was broken, and must've been broken when I brought it in. When.i told him that I had an oil change a month ago with absolutely no issues he told me I should call them bc they broke it. He then proceeded to tell me that he had just gotten a write up from the DMV for NOT opening the hood of the car for the check. This guy obviously had no idea what he was doing and broke the lever, which, by the way, will cost $400 to fix. Avoid this place at all costs of you care about your vehicle. read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS CAR WASH!!!! I took my car to have it detailed and a stain removed from the front seat. Not only were they unable to remove the stain, but they ripped the stitching from the seat! I tried to get it reconciled but the manager BART was unable to do so. I submitted to the Better Business Bureau with no response. I will now be taking them to small claims court to be reimbursed to have my car seat fixed $175. BEWARE!!!! read more

Paid $19 for car wash and vacuuming, got there at 2:52pm, car came out of wash and was pulled into vacuum area, waited and waited, saw the guys joking around with each other as they were cleaning other cars, waited patiently, car was moved up to front, cleaning guys came by and looked at receipt in window and proceeded to clean other cars that cam out after mine from car wash, at 3:35 had enough told off the manager and got in my car and drove off, idiots working there will never use them again. read more

This station is both close to work and home so it makes it easy when I need to fill up my tank. The location is always clean and safe and has easy access from multiple sides. The prices are within range for the area as far as fuel goes so I know I'm not getting ripped off. Overall great fuel stop and as long as they keep it clean and safe I'll continue to stop by! read more

Today I gave this place a 2nd chance because my 1st experience wasn't great. I feel like I pretty much paid for an automatic car wash. I purchased the wash that included interior & exterior and both times my car was still dirty. Didn't seem like much effort was put into vacuuming, wiping things down or my windows. They didn't even clean my back window at all. i did it myself when i got home. This place is horrible with poor quality work & I won't be going back... Ever!!! Used to come here frequently. Problem is, who has over an hour to burn out of your day for a car wash? Took 45 minutes before they even started on my car this time and I am here during a slower time. There is no towel dry. It's air dried by now. . In my opinion they need a manager overseeing the staff. Lots of talking, laughing while guys tag team a car at a time. Have potential but the I would rather wash my car at home. Could have done two in this amount of time easily. Also the window repair pushing if a chip is annoying. Okay so this is not really a review for the gas station because who cares about the gas station when they have this AH-MAZING little mexican resturant in there called Chile Verde that literally is the BEST mexican food maker EVER!! I have been here several times, bought gas, license my car . Hit and Miss ! You just never know what ur going to get or who ur going to get ! I had my car washed yesterday, paid for the upgrade super interior wash...I certainly did not receive a super interior wash, the cupholders were all still dirty, there was trash left in the car (i cleaned most of the trash out myself, it was something I missed) that they could have easily cleaned out. They didn't wipe down the rear seats at all. The floors were not vacuumed. There were water spots left on the outside of the car. If you bring any electronics or chargers and anything of some kind of value TAKE IT OUT YOUR CAR. I noticed a few days after I got a car wash that my IPOD AND PHONE CHARGING ACCESSORIES were stolen (I know stupid of me to not check right away). To make it worse they ended up spending over $40 in the Apple Store from my IPod. We use to like going to this car wash, they use to do a wonderful job. The quality of cleaning my vehicles have gone to s@$t! For the VIP package plus tip...., I expect to get my money's worth!! First they had the air on and the radio playing, without the engine on. Guess what, after about an hour of cleaning my vehicle, with doors open and the lights on and radio on and the air...car does not start!!! drained the battery. Had to call roadside service and they said the car washes do it all the time and they have been called out numerous times for that exact same thing. Second...we just got back from San Diego... beach sand messy vehicle....I open the back and they DID NOT clean the back! I was home after waiting for roadside service for a while when I checked. I was hot cuz it's 120 plus outside on that blacktop, they drained my car battery, I did not have the patience to go back and have them clean my vehicle right!! My wife took it a few months back and she literally sat there for 1.5-2 hours for them to clean it!! Needless to say, we will NOT be going back there!! If you guys happen to go, better let them know to not run the air, radio... and check the very back of your vehicle!! read more

Been going to this car wash for over a year. Have watched things go from bad to worse. Last time my truck sat after coming out of the wash for so long that it had dried off in the sun before anyone even touched it. Water spots EVERYWHERE! Not to mention the bugs still on the front end. When I pointed them out, the kid told me, "That's up to the guys at the entrance, we don't have the tools out here to get them off." Sorry pal, but you do have the tools... Went here today, to get gas and a smog check. I parked out front of the smog place at 7:56am, they opened at 8am. At 8:03 I walked into the store because no one was there yet and I wanted to inquire when someone might be there. I walked into the store; stood there at the front counter for a solid 90 seconds and was not acknowledged. There were 3 employees sitting at the breakfast bar eating, one was messing with a machine, and one was standing there. 5 employees and no one assisted me (to the owner, Id assume you are paying them to work...). One female employee even walked RIGHT PAST ME, got something from the front counter where I was standing and then walked away without saying a word! Needless to say, I left without my smog check. if you want a great car wash and then a huge discount (like 25 cents off per gallon) then go here on an empty tank the guys are nice and I always give them them a tip, my car is always spotless in and out by chance and I don't gamble.....I was waiting on my SUV to get cleaned I popped a $10 in their slot machine area and BAM! first deal (not draw) I get $150 bucks :) hee hee I love this place, not to mention the shoe/foot massage machines in the waiting area this place is close to my home and I can not help but notice 8 different restaurants? have changed out the past three years.....gas station food place....maybe a good idea if they do a small chain bc they are 24 hours but other than that it will probably never work read more

Do NOT purchase beer at this store because the price tags on the shelves are misleading, which you don't realize until you get to the counter. The other night I was surprised to find my beer purchase was ringing up $1.00 more than the price tag hanging in the cooler. The clerks, in broken English, told me "sometimes company changes price and don't tell us." Now, traditionally, in OLD America, sales clerks would accept the responsibility of a pricing error and charge you what is posted on the product. Not these people, not even an apology, just a continual asking "do you still want it?" When I was leaving I asked if they were going to change the displayed price tag so the next consumer would not get screwed, and they said "No." Can you believe that?! "Is company." That was what they kept saying to me. "Is company." I asked if they meant the distributor or the corporate office, she just pointed to the beer and said "company." Even Apu on the Simpson's would've been more help than these folks. Just a horrible shopping experience, I will not return. read more

Used to come here a lot for the manager special wash n hand wax for $30 since they opened. Today, I stopped by for wax n asked for manager special. That woman asked me "what manager special"! I told her politely "wash n wax". She said "NO" n she is mean n very unprofessional. With that attitude, I said no n thank. I drove away. When u left the lot, I was surprise there is only two cars in their lot. I am not surprise to see their customers are not coming back, like me. Took my girlfriends car here to get washed inside and out (VIP service ($25)). Come before 1 o'clock for the happy hour which is $10 off! Takes about 15 + minutes but it seems they take care of everything: door jams,tires,rims,etc. best around for 25$ no one will beat it. A++ will be back read more

I can't give these guys anything less than 5 stars. Why? Because they really do a great job. $25 gets you a very clean car from moonroof to tires. This is not a quick car wash...it takes time.
