I took my car there to have it checked out and had waited for 2 hours and they still didn't have it up on the jack to locate the problem. Instead they had a 400 lb. Man drive my car around and messed up my seat and put the steering wheel all the way up because he couldn't fit in my car! . I will never go there again and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! Wanted to try their service being new to the area. First day the lady courteously told me it was a long wait and asked me to come back tomorrow. I did. Second visit early in the morning I was told long wait again. The lady at the front desk apologized and asked me to return 3 hours later. I did. As with the previous two visits there was no parking. Not knowing if I would actually get service this time I pulled up to the side of the driveway and stepped inside. Yay, they took my car in right away A moment later a guy came in abruptly and rudely telling me to not park on their driveway. I began to explain and he interrupted me saying he didn't care. I mentioned this was my first time to have service. Interrupting again, he blurted out that he didn't care. Turns out he is the manager. I used to run a shop like this. Never would I be so rude to any customer let alone a first time customer. If you go there I hope you have a better experience but as for me I will never utilize this shop again for any of my three vehicles. Here's a lesson for you Mr manager coming from years of experience. Treat people kindly and try asking next time rather than being rude and running customers off. On top of that the technician insulted me twice after telling me I had to pay extra. I blurted back at him which admittedly I should not have done and I did Apologize. Came here to get my oil changed and of course they did an "inspection" to see what else they could offer me. They told me my spark plugs were going out soon and I needed to fix them ASAP not realizing I literally replaced them with brand new ones the day before. What a joke. Here is my other go-to place for car service, specifically, for oil changes. For oil changes, they don't take appointments so the best is to come when they open. It generally takes about an hour so I stay and wait in their lobby/waiting area. Oh and I also use a coupon! Look for it in your mail. Always great to save some $ :) read more

Strike two and I won't be back. Strike one - Dropped my wife's Infinity off for an oil change and everything was fine. I opened the hood a week later and saw that her engine cover was cracked in half. Someone had clearly set something on the cover and then closed the hood on it. Since it was a week later, there's nothing I could do. They'll just say it wasn't like that when they gave it to us. Strike two - I needed a new alternator on my 17 year old truck and was quoted $600. That's ridiculously overpriced. Alternators are $240 brand new. They wanted a 25% markup on the part itself and almost 2 hours of labor to change an alternator. To change an alternator requires the removal of three bolts and one wire connector. This should take 30 minutes at the absolute most. I talked to the manager and he came down in price but not nearly far enough. I picked up my vehicle and I won't be back. I understand you're running a business and you need to make a profit, but that is 100% price gouging. Never again. read more

Pleasant waiting room upon entry to the office. Handed over my keys and within 15 minutes I was back on he road with smog certificate in hand for $9.99! Ok where do I start, my sister told me this yesterday. My sister took her car here yesterday after she dropped off her kids to volley ball practice, because the engine light turned on out of nowhere. We just moved here, so money is still tight. These guys are the best! She was given options, but at the end just opted for an oil change. Well these guys went above and beyond to make sure her and her children were safe to drive it home. They took it upon themselves to just take a deeper look anyways - which would have costed a lot more! But being the wonderful caring business that they are, they put her woes at ease. Turns out before she had her car shipped from Hawaii- the last auto center she took it to, used the wrong oil and it was 3 quarts too much! It was causing all sorts of problems! They changed and cleaned it all out. After only 45 minutes the car was driving better and engine light off , she was able to drive safely and get her kids. THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH!
