Now one of drawers is dropping onto the next drawer below creating friction when opened or closed. Upon my inspection I found that the left side hardware is loose because the particle board it's attached to is crumbling. Since we are past the one year warranty, we were told that labor to repair this problem would be a minimum of $450. Before this we had several other problems but they were covered under warranty. Kitchen cabinets (slim shaker) came out great and the hardware are working great. 1 star off for the overall communication with the company and our designer. They switched our designer from the North Hollywood office to Anaheim suddenly and it was clear they did not communicate with each other. The designer Catherine knew what she was doing measurement wise but was pretty snobby and had attitude the whole time. Some of the doors were missing on the initial delivery, and the glass doors got delayed 2 times with incorrect deliveries which delayed our whole kitchen finish by about a month. Don't get glass doors. Several handles were damaged on install but they did fix it after I pointed it out. Counter install went fine and took 10 days to arrive. They did try to do us right in the end and the final kitchen was finally finished beautifully but there were definitely frustrating moments throughout the process.

I was painting my living room where the flooring and the moldings were installed in 2018. I noticed…read morethe 4 in molding was separating from the wall facing the street in a few parts. I contacted the company who said they would fix it when there is an installer. It is 2021 and no installer. So I hammered in some finish nails to the molding, put primer on the entire molding and am in the process of painting it. The molding has been painted once but it looked worn and ruffled in many areas. I would caution about not keeping the molding once it is installed as it wears out very fast to scratches and stain. I gave a $20 tip to the installer when he was there but he did not do a job made to last. Oh well. Just beware. The floor itself seems to be ok and easy to clean for now.

I had a book match peaces and their offers are to peace parts together! The drawers didn't even close! Their main fabricator stated that it was heavily chipped due to lack of man power! Instead, I have spent considerable time dealing with damage and unsuccessful repair attempts. I have photographs and written communications documenting the condition of the countertops and my efforts to resolve the matter fairly. As of the date of this review, the matter remains unresolved. More than five stars!…read more Succinctly, we met with three or four companies to get an estimate all of whom were pleasant but, somehow, did not seem as though they were listening to what we wanted. It was different with Ammar of Kitchen Cabinet Express, Inc. After a brief introduction and a short discussion of our intentions, he got right to the point, walking with my wife, measuring and making notes and asking questions. What resulted was a reasonable estimate for the work to be done and a plan and drawings that exactly reflected our wishes. The deadline for completion was originally set for the middle of March 2026 but was completed two weeks early. Members of Ammar's team and contractors were professional, conscientious, and hard working. They showed up on time, accomplished what was scheduled for each day. As work progressed, we desired some minor changes which Ammar and his team were very flexible and responsive in accomplishing professionally and quickly. At every point - daily work and especially at the conclusion - the site was cleaned up immaculately and all detritus was hauled away instantly. Also, a great deal of care was taken to mask, cover, and protect the house, furniture, and existing fixtures from the dust and soiling that was occasioned by the remodeling work! This review is being written a month after completion as we wanted to take our time to let the "newness" wear off and appraise the overall experience. After this time for evaluation, we find the craftsmanship flawless, the cabinets and showers and baths installed beautifully and -- overall -- the incorporation into our existing home has greatly upgraded the whole affair.
