When Dante wrote The Purgatorio he failed to include a section about this Sonora Quest location,…read morebut surely he intended to add it to later editions. You will be greeted by a room full of people, a closed reception window (opaque with lowered blast-shield), and a greasy iPad on a wobbling stand. You can enter your name and it will appear on a large, wall-mounted TV. Your name will sit there, unmoving, for hours, just like all the people in the waiting room. You will wait for so long that you can see gravity working on the people, crushing them into puddles of despair--despair so deep that smartphones cannot save them. Sometimes new people will arrive in the the waiting room, add their finger-grease to the iPad, and their names will appear in front of yours. They made appointments, and even the appointments are massively delayed. You will wait longer. Perhaps until tomorrow. A sad old woman paws at the closed door to the lab, saying that she forgot her car keys inside during her appointment. Nobody inside hears her and she knocks and scrabbles for ten minutes before the door opens, coincidentally, to finally admit someone. The old woman and the patient enter, tearfully overjoyed. Their suffering shall finally end. For those in the waiting room, another hour.

From the nurses to the doctors, they all care about people and being a safe and welcoming place to be treated. The wait to be seen and treated is quick. They want you feeling better as soon as possible. I 100% recommend this place.

Did not listen or care about relevant medical history, seemed to have tunnel vision and became irritated at the patient for being low energy due to pain. We remained respectful throughout the interactions and continued to reiterate that we know it's complicated and they can't do it all, but would appreciate some guidance as young people new to the area. I am in utter disbelief at his lack of interest in providing--or even just pointing in the direction of someone who CAN provide--potentially life-saving treatment for a patient with serious internal organ problems. Very disheartening experience.

I'm able to use my insurance there & I receive the best care from Planned Parenthood on Wyatt! I appreciate the friendly, professional staff at the front desk. The medical assistants are knowledgeable & helpful. And Dawson, the NP, is excellent & thorough. I've been to approximately a dozen ob/gyns in Tucson since moving here 15 yrs ago and have disappointed by the lack of professionalism, big egos & poor communication (looking at you, Victor Chen) & generally 2nd rate services. I highly recommend giving Planned Parenthood a try if your ready for excellent care.

So this morning I called before coming and asked one more time if they would be able to do this and if they were open because I live 40 minutes away from the closest planned parenthood they assured me they would do this for me. I get there and they tell me they cant do that here and said it's $20 for a pregnancy test anyways and im better off somewhere else somewhere else. Poor communication/service and poor representation of supposed "offered" services.
