    Lunch Special tenders
    Bob M.

Foods tasty. Service can get a little backed up but that's ok. Sides are tasty too. Rice, seasoned fry's and slow are good. My only issue is the lunch whole chicken should be renamed lunch half chicken. Note to people who do not like spice - the basic soy is a little spicy I'm cool with it but you should know. And if you order take out... you may have an accident because the smell is so good it's distracting.

The fried chicken is super crispy. It comes out relatively quickly, smoking hot and crunchy- just the way we love it. The lady (who I assume is the owner) who served us was super helpful be so friendly. She greeted everyone like old friends and service + great food - many return visits.

    Spicy Garlic Chicken

We ordered the Spicy Garlic. It was super flavorful! The spice gave the chicken a nice kick. However, we do wish it was a bit crunchier. The guy that helped us out was super cool and friendly. Overall a pretty good Korean chicken spot!

10 wings per order. The snow onion chicken wings are the best ones. They just hit like no other. The crunch and freshness of the onion and the creaminess of the sauce with the savory salty taste of the fried chicken is great! I definitely frequent this whenever I crave fried chicken. I always order online just for ease and pick up after 20 minutes.

It was good the chicken is good fries are good customer service was great very fine establishment over all 7/10

Original wings with snow onion sauce on side, hot wings, curly fries. All delicious

I am so glad Choong Man Chicken opened up a location in Ashburn. Their KOREAN FRIED CHICKEN IS THE REAL DEAL. When my friends get together we would go to their Fairfax location near their apartment, but this is closer if the craving hits. What is korean fried chicken? If you haven't tried, you are missing out honestly. Go get some now. It's uniquely fried, crispy and crunchy outside and tender and hot inside. I usually get the wings either in soy garlic or snow onion (really great sauce to put over the wings), or hot which is fairly spicy. Some of my friends like the tenders. I say try both. It usually comes with radish cubes. They have curly or regular fries, Calamari, and some other sides too. Overall, ditch those chain chicken wing joints and support a locally franchised business with some delicious and hot fried chicken. It's sure to satisfy the craving and I know I'll be back.

Garlic Soy Chicken Wings & Fried Chicken Drumsticks

Just finished a long hike at Great Falls and needed a place to eat close to home where I could take my dog along. I've eaten here once with friends, but was slightly put off by the snow onion chicken (just bc I personally am not an onion person) but I remember loving the soy garlic wings. Idk if it was the hangryness or the heat wave but the chicken hit different this time. We ordered the soy garlic wings (10 pcs) and fried drumsticks (5pcs) with a side of coleslaw. I was literally drooling as I was eating everything. The side radish was one of the beat radishes I ever had and was a perfect palate cleanser for when I wanted to switch between the two flavors. The coleslaw portion was unexpectedly huge but absolutely delicious. The chicken itself was soft and tender - came right off the bone. I love how the chicken wasn't spewing grease everywhere and cmon the soy garlic is AMAZING - sweet, savory, and a lil kick to it. The sever was extremely accommodating to us especially since we needed to eat outside for our dog and gave us everything we needed for our meal. He helped us out with the menu items because my mom wanted to order too little and I wanted to order too much! My family is always in the mood for fried chicken so this definitely will be our go-tos from now on :)

ASHBURN, VA 03/12/20 DINNER TAKE-OUT +The owner-operator lady was very friendly and nice. +The decor and layout was okay. I liked the pre-stacked bags meant for chicken bones, at each table. -No loyalty rewards program. -The lunch specials could use some improvement. -There was no happy hour menu or mention of it. -I only noticed one big screen television, so good luck watching sports on weeknights and weekends. -Limited options on alcoholic beverages. Overall, I would return because I do like me some Korean fried chicken. Not sure if it would involve bar drinking or take-out. Will have to check back in with this fried chicken and beer joint in a few couple months. DM me if you see some cool things develop!

so the one dumpling has a bite out, I could not wait.

Easily the best KFC in the area. The sauces are amazing (spicy garlic) and the menu doesn't specify but it does come with picketed daikon.

Does anyone know where we can find an update on the tikku oven? Did they get rid of it?

The corporate seems to not be very cooperative for the current tikku oven that isn't running. This is a franchise, and the owner of the ashburn location seems to have tried to resolve the issue multiple times with corporate, but does not know how…

From the moment we walked in, Jackie made us feel incredibly welcome. His genuine hospitality made it feel less like dining at a restaurant and more like being invited over for a traditional, home-cooked Korean meal. Having traveled and dined in Seoul many times, I really appreciated how authentic everything tasted. Every dish was freshly prepared and full of the bold flavors that I expect in Korean cuisine. One of my biggest pet peeves is when restaurants water down Tteok Bokki until it tastes like sweetened tomato paste. Gogi Go Go absolutely nailed it. The spice profile had the right amount of heat, and the rice cakes had the perfect chewy texture. The Pajeon was loaded with fresh vegetables and beautifully cooked, with a crisp exterior and tender center. The BBQ bowls have generous portions and the Bul Dak sauce was packed with flavor. Their Kimchi was delicious as well and tasted very fresh. A surprise of the night was the soy garlic wings. Since Gogi Go Go doesn't really market themselves as a Korean fried chicken restaurant, we ordered this with fairly low expectations. I definitely underestimated them. They arrived piping hot, perfectly crispy, generously coated in sauce without becoming soggy, and were well sized. They honestly rival, and in fact surpass, some of the dedicated Korean fried chicken spots we've seen come and go in the area. As someone who's a long time Ashburn resident, I remember when there were very few authentic Korean restaurants nearby, and to experience a good one meant driving to Fairfax or Centreville. It's exciting to see that changing in recent years, and Gogi Go Go is a fantastic addition. Their authentic, home-style dishes really hit the mark. There's lots of variety in the menu and you're sure to find something you'll love. The atmosphere is casual enough for an everyday meal (we had just come from the gym), yet the level of hospitality makes you feel like a welcomed guest rather than just another customer (that quality can be hard to find and truly makes this place special). Highly recommend giving this locally owned (not a chain) restaurant a try. We'll definitely be back!

I usually don't like pork belly because some have the gamey smell and taste, but Gogi 92 pork belly tasted clean and nutty buttery. They have different types of wagyu meat. I very much enjoyed their picanha wagyu and their Australian wagyu. It paired so well with their pickled Perilla leaves and wasabi. The Food: I went with the Korean Chicken Bowl for my meal. The protein had a slight bit of flavor, but when combined with all the toppings, the bowl was bland. The veggies lacked a lot of that flavor and the rice was a little hard and tasteless. The bowl lacked those big and bold flavors that typical Korean and Mexican food usually have. It was not good at all. I ended up not finishing the bowl and throwing it out unfortunately. Also, for the price, the bowl was quite expensive for the quality and quantity of food you get. The Service: Service was okay. The owner wasn't as friendly and kinda had me rushed through what I wanted to choose. I was the only one in there and the food took a little long, but I assume it was because they had to cook the protein per order? Other than that, service was just okay. Overall, a 1/5. I ordered the B5. Sizzling Stone Pot Bibimap. It was pretty good and I especially liked the banchan that came with it. But as I mentioned, the portion size was small (and the amount of beef skimpy), though you do have the option of adding extra ingredients for a price. Some pieces of the meat did have an off-flavor.
