Second visit to Gogi 92. This time for my Birthday. Happy to say the service had not faded but in fact gotten better. Ambiance was as nice as I remembered. Food was delicious as before. Had the Combo 4 large and the portions were enough for the three of us. Our server Jed was also great. Good knowledge of the dishes and recommendations of how to pair the different sides with the meats to get the best flavor. Also had the right amount to being available but not allowing us to feel abandoned or being constantly there. 10/10

My wife had dinner there on May 3, 2025. We were not disappointed. My wife got the beef bulgogi and I had pork belly. We didn't know about the table side service before we went there. The sides were delicious. I loved the pickled radish. The bulgogi and the pork belly were delicious. The dipping sauces were very tasty. The egg dish they brought during the meal was light and fluffy. I really liked it. I would say it needed a little salt. Our table side server was awesome. We loved it and will definitely be back!

Every time we've been here, the service and food has been incredible. It's a very casual vibe with higher end quality foods compared to area Korean bbq. I am gluten-free and the chef was able to make multiple meats gluten-free with no notice. Will always be back!

My little family and I went here for lunch :) Our server was nice and helped us cook the meat for us (which is great since I always get distracted haha. We ordered 3 meats: beef bulgogi, galbi and chicken bulgogi for our little one. I also was craving noodles so got an order of beef japchae as well. The meats!! All very good cuts of meat. I felt the chicken was overdone a little bit but had food flavor. The two other meats were very good. I finally got my steamed soufee egg and it was delicious with a little bit of sesame oil. We were each given a small container of rice and the standard side dishes (kimchi, radishes etc). The japchae was good but I have def. Had better. It was very much clumped together but we still enjoyed ourselves. We had a great time! It was pricey but it thought the food was worth it.

Well, in my opinion this Korean BBQ shop is average. Adding one star for attentive waiter. Meat quality is average considering the spectrum of KBBQ. We are frequent KBBQ patrons, typically eat out every week, and have experience visiting places like honey pig, kogiya, Iron Age, gogiville etc., and eventually picked gogiville as our favorite DMV KBBQ destination. Gogi 92 is pretty average like we said among its competitors. We ordered 3 a la carte meat and got one side dish, a bit more "restrictive" comparing to some other shops but the kimchi soup we got had a lot of pork in it so kinda make up for it. Also, the lettuce / garlic / pepper combo for wrapping is good. We also ordered a noodle entree which was a bad mistake, the Japchae was not worth it, but I guess it applies to all KBBQ places so can't really hold it against them. In the end it's average, but our server was pretty good.

We stopped here for my birthday dinner (2nd year in a row) and loved it even more this time around! We ordered way too much food and everything was delicious. Warning #1: the popcorn chicken is huge! It's definitely just regular sized chicken covered in a sweet & tangy sauce. Warning #2: the koastal (not sure on spelling on that) is too good! The marbling & flavor will ruin other meats for you Will definitely be stopping by again the next time we're in town. It gives the LA KBBQ spots a run for their money. I think the only room for improvement is the ventilation - it was only a little busier this time than the last time but it was a lot smokier! Not sure how the LA spots do it, but please look into better fans / air purifiers to help clear out the smoke faster.

Best Korean I've had in the DMV. I used to be a Honey Pig devotee, but not anymore. What sets Gogi 92 apart is the quality of the meat and caliber of service. The hangry, hurried ladies at Honeypig just don't cut it any more after eating here tonight. Meat quality was exceptional. I'll be back!

Bulgogi Bibimbap - all mixed together - looks soooo good - AND TASTES DELICIOUS, as good as it looks - truly! $16

DAMN. You know what? For just the ONE THING I HAD as my "linner" (late lunch, early dinner) around 4PM today....I GIVE THAT ONE ENTREE FIVE FREAKING STARS. Five. Why then the 4 star rating? Because I do really have to be fair and reserve that extra 5th star for an overall restaurant rating for when I go back and try other items, namely the KBBQ meats that this place is named for ("Gogi" means "meat" in Korean). I was in the shopping area - Village at Leesburg - for the afternoon, knew I would need to find a bite to eat solo so opened up my trusty Yelp app to see what hit my fancy and VOILA - up popped Gogi 92. A Northern VA Magazine "Best of" I noted. That didn't really matter though - Korean cuisine, walking distance, open and reasonably priced for what I wanted? BAM! I was there. Saw the BULGOGI BIBIMBAP on the menu and my mind was made up! I walked into a completely empty restaurant around 4PM but the 2 servers were more than happy to accommodate l'il ol' me wanting just a l'il ol' bibimbap. :) That was it. That was all I ordered. The jug of ice cold water was all I needed for my drink. One thing that was unfortunate was that the bibimbap was NOT accompanied by the usual small bowl of clear broth nor was the bibimbap accompanied by any banchan. :( I sucked it up and just stuck with my bibimbap order. And IT WAS THE BEST $16 I'VE SPENT ON A FRESH, MADE-TO-ORDER MEAL IN RECENT MEMORY. I'm not used to having bibimbap that's not "dolsotted" - that's not in a sizzling hot stone bowl that I'm always used to ordering. I haven't had a "regular" un-dolsotted bibimbap in AGES. YEARS. I had no choice here. But you know what? IT WAS SO GOOD. It was beautifully presented in its silver metal bowl. I do have to admit, at first glance, it appeared to be a smaller portioned entree. I wondered if it would be enough for me. I would say that anyone used to a more heartier meal might be for want of something more to satisfy their hunger but for me, it ended up being just the right amount of food (and I came in hungry!). The variety of veggies in this dish was plentiful and SOOOO FRESH AND VIBRANTLY COLORFUL, every one of them. The bulgogi meat was SUPERB. Marinated JUST RIGHT and PLENTIFUL - every single bite had a good portion of meat in it - that plentiful. The rice was cooked JUST RIGHT. Not too mushy, not too hard. JUST RIGHT. And the cup of spicy bean paste sauce to mix in pulled everything together beautifully in every delicious bite. Let me say one more thing about the bulgogi in this dish - if Gogi 92's grilled KBBQ marinated beef cuts are anything at all like the beef they put in their bibimbap, then...I'm really excited about coming back to try their KBBQ!!! And I promise to report on my experience when I do. Ahhhhhhhhh...One wordy review for one single menu item. This review is an absolute celebration of bulgogi bibimbap! I know, I know - calm down - it's just a bibimbap girrrrrrlllllllll. Haaaaaa. Ok ok. Welllll...take this review for what it is and for what you read. View my pics. TAKE IT FROM ME, a KBBQ / Korean cuisine aficionado - THE BULGOGI BIBIMBAP IS LEGITTTTTTTTTT. Let's put it this way - I miiiiiiiight even come out to Leesburg (30 min drive) JUST to have this dish again. THAT GOOD. Note to Jake the owner: how about taking your bibimbap to the next level and putting Dolsot Bibimbap on your menu? :) EASY PEASY. Exact same recipe, don't change a thing - just serve it in a different delivery vessel. Do it - just do it!!! :) Also...side note - I do have other local KBBQ favorites I recommend - and Korean places to avoid - if you care to read my other reviews.

Ample parking and a nice chill vibe! It was our first time here after trying a different tea place in the plaza. It was pretty quiet so we were seated and served quickly. We ordered combo 3 and thoroughly enjoyed it. We ordered a coke and a soju bottle which ran about $17 for one which is pretty standard to other places. We would definitely come back here!

Pretty good Korean BBQ place. Been there several times and the service has been friendly and efficient. We prefer to cook our own meat, but the servers are attentive and are there to refill any of your sides. You can usually get a table without a wait. Doesn't have the same vibe as some of the places in Centreville with the K-Pop playing at volume 11 or with the all-Korean staff, but I think it's a solid choice for those of us who live out in the western suburbs. Holding off the final star until they get AYCE which a sign on the door says is coming soon.

Hello everyone, I have been in transition and absent, but now that we are settled in Leesburg now, my reviews will be coming. Today, I am reviewing GOGI 92 in Leesburg. This place is very cleaning and inviting. When you walk in, you are immediately welcomed and seated, granted we came around 5:00 pm. Around 6:00 pm, it started to fill up. I really like the ambiance of this place. Please ask for Mandy. She is very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu and all the dishes. Now I recommend that you start with the fried dumplings. They are full and delicious. We had the marinated shrimp, and it was good with the various sauces. Other than that, any seasoning they put on them is cooked off. I wish they had some garlic or something on the side to cook with it. The next thing we ordered was the Bulgogi Jeongol, man. I thought I was back in Korea. It was very delicious and flavorful. The prices are comparable to other Korean BBQ in the region. They also have special combos.so that you can try a combination of things. I would definitely recommend this place, we will be back.

It was a seameless process to make the reservation online and edit as needed. There were automatic emails and texts for the reservation confirmation and reminder. Each afternoon tea includes 2 pots of tea, 1 macaron/person, and additional bites (savory & sweet). Luckily, there were 2 of us, so we each ordered our own teas. I'm not sure how flexible they are if requesting additional tea pots for larger parties (max 8 people). The weekdays tea is $35/person, weekends $40/person (needs a reservation). There is an 18% gratuity to all the final bill regardless of the number of people in the party. I would highly recommend the Thai tea...I don't add any sugar or cream to my tea and it was still so tasty. I ordered the coconut macaron, which is the newest addition the the macaron family. Parking: there is parallel parking available in front of and around the establishment. There is also a parking garage roughly 1 block (walking distance), which is free on the weekends. If planning a visit on the weekdays, be sure to read the parking signs carefully. I would definitely return to try other items on their menu.

However when I ordered it the drink came with so much stuff inside, it made the drink experience kinda disappointing. The sample was strained so I didn't think the drink was going to have guava seeds inside of it. While drinking it the seeds were impossible to ignore as they were hard and small. It's like a choking hazard really. I wish they had strained it before serving. So just be warned about some of the drinks you order.

We stopped in on a Friday morning and were pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was. We were seated immediately, which gave us a chance to take in the restaurant's charming farmhouse aesthetic. With its high ceilings and rustic décor, it feels like a modern take on an old country farmhouse that's warm and inviting without feeling overdone. As an unexpected bonus, we happened to visit during Restaurant Week, and the special was an incredible value. It included a Buff-Mosa, deviled eggs, and the Low Country Biscuit. My wife ordered the Southern Philly, so we ended up sampling a little of everything. The Buff-Mosa was a refreshing way to start the meal. Made with Blue Ridge Vodka, Cava, and strawberry-watermelon juice, it was light, crisp, and not overly sweet. The deviled eggs were topped with bacon jam, which added a nice savory touch. They had a bit more mustard and horseradish kick than I'm accustomed to, but they were still delicious and packed with flavor. The real star, though, was the Low Country Biscuit. It was absolutely enormous, stacked with perfectly fried chicken, chunky pimento cheese, and hot honey. The chicken was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and the combination of the rich pimento cheese with the sweet heat of the hot honey was outstanding. The honey added just enough spice to complement the sandwich without overpowering the other flavors. I also tried a bite of my wife's Southern Philly, and it was fantastic. It's a creative Southern spin on a classic Philly cheesesteak and one that's definitely worth ordering. Service was friendly and attentive throughout our meal. One fun detail I really appreciated was that the check is presented inside a book, a small touch that fits perfectly with the restaurant's farmhouse theme. Between the outstanding biscuits, generous portions, creative menu, and excellent service, Buford's Biscuits delivered a fantastic breakfast experience. There are still plenty of menu items I'd love to try, so we'll definitely be back.
