When I politely asked about my order, she told me, "They're already made," even though I could clearly see the food was still being prepared. Meanwhile, other customers were being helped while I stood there waiting with no explanation and no apology. The lack of professionalism, respect, and honesty was shocking. A simple customization should not result in nearly half an hour of waiting. Instead of helping solve the issue, the employee seemed more interested in creating problems and giving attitude to customers. This was one of the worst fast-food experiences I have ever had. If management cares about customer service, they need to address the behavior of this employee immediately.
