I took my car to be serviced at Crowder's about a week and a half ago. I inspected my vehicle and knew that I needed a serpentine belt (2008 chevy impala). I never been to Crowder's or heard of it until I moved to the area recently. So I decided to give them a try. They inspected my car and determined why my serpentine belt snapped. They allowed me to inspect my vehicle for this issue to confirm the problem, which was a plus. The repair cost ended up being $1400. I couldn't afford it and then I remembered that I had an extended warranty. Everyone knows that extended warranty companies can be difficult to work with because they are trained to find ways to NOT pay. This is why a lot of repair shops don't accept warranties.Diane at Crowder's was patient and went back and forth with the warranty company for 1 week and finally the warranty approved my repair. Crowder's had my car complete the next day. They earned a loyal customer!!!

Among a few of the items were expensive items like cologne, sunglasses, and a collapsible baton. After confronting the manager, her servicer, and car wash person, they claimed they "did not see it." The people at this location did NOTHING to remedy the situation. Seems like they are okay with hiring untrustworthy people that are more than happy to steal items from your personal vehicle. Crash champion is the worst's body shop repair I ever known or visited, back in June 2022 I went…read morethere to replace my bumper which the problem was only the bracket, they eventually replaced the bumper and the bracket according to them, after 3 days the bumper fell off which I went back, they told me I will need to replace the light, and I did, they only glued the bumper and the bracket and it fell off again, I went back for them to get it corrected after they gave me paper work for life time warranty and they made reference of how I sound and refused to fix the problem not until I reported the issue to BBB and FFB, they glued it again and told me it fixed. After sometimes it fell off again without accident or anything, early this year I went back with the paperwork, they told me they replace the bumper bracket and they went ahead and glued it again and it felled of again and I went back this people were looking underneath my car and that I have scratches under the car and that is why the warranty cannot cover the bumper and the bracket, how can a scratch affect a bumper they were supposed to fix which I paid to not to glue my bumper. See pictures below I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone for any reason, for the fact they discriminated against me and they are liars and thieves.
