Needless to say after they replaced said pads and rotors the brakes continued to squeal. They suggested it would go away "shortly after driving a bit", but if not, they'd return and "oil them". When the squealing continued "after a bit", I contacted them again and heard nothing back. I tried again and was told they'd been sick, but promised to stop by that evening. They never showed. I contacted them again, but did not receive the courtesy of a response. Now I question the money I paid that did not solve the problem and their lack of responsiveness or accountability for stopping my brakes from squealing and following through with what they promised to do to make it right. I no longer recommend these guys so please disregard my earlier glowing review!

I was hesitant and really needed help from family if I was going to pay that. We agreed to it, because, Florida gets hot. Believe me I get it, but I have to question going in there for the first time and this happens. I've been screwed over too many times with my cars to trust anyone. While I do appreciate that they were that thorough if that really needed to be done, and now I have a working AC. I had my son take his Mercedes here after he was in an accident. The insurance company had us take…read moreit to their preferred shop so they could do an estimate for the claim. They declared the car a loss as the amount of repairs were more that the car was worth. So I called Viking Auto Electric and Air after reading others positive reviews. They were very helpful and listened as I explained the situation. They asked me to have the car brought to their facitily and they would perform a diagnostic on the car and determine which essential components needed repaired. I was pleasently surprised, but also upset with our insurance company and their repair company. The only main item that needed repaired were the clutch fan and front cooling fans. Not the radiator, AC compressor and several other expensive parts. They were able to install a replacement clutch fan quickly and get the car back to him right away. They also told us which other parts should be replaced and helped source used parts to keep my sons repair costs lower. I would highly recommend them as an honest shop that will also work with you to help keep your repair costs low and not spend money you do not need to.

Don't go. Price gauging 100%. An hour of diagnostics is $150.
