We started off with bowls of miso soup, which was comforting and warmly flavorful on the rainy evening we stopped by. For our entree, we shared the chef's choice sushi and sashimi. Both were astounding. The fish was beautifully fresh and the chef's selections were varied. There was nothing we didn't enjoy. Our server was kind enough to ask if we liked certain things that can be iffy for some folks to ensure we didn't get anything we didn't like in the chef's choice (we like everything so no issue there for us). When it was finally my turn, I placed an order for sweet and sour pork with fried rice and an egg roll. I waited 15 minutes, and when I asked about my food, the woman at the counter repeatedly and rudely told me "it's coming." Another 20 minutes passed. Same answer. No updates, no apology, nothing. After a total wait of about 40+ minutes, my food finally came out--and the egg roll was cold. I left annoyed, frustrated, and unimpressed. Between the lack of customer service, the unprofessional interaction, the long wait times, and the subpar food, I cannot recommend this place for dining in or takeout. But when I got home, I found that I was given a SMALL chicken rice soup and NOT the LARGE that was originally ordered and paid for. So, who ever this woman was, she decided to give me a SMALL soup instead of the original LARGE that I paid for and the cashier requested. I will not be going back there for any reason. They are more concerned about a free item than they are about getting the order correct or customer satisfaction !!
