Outstanding! Their salads are delicious! So many toppings & dressings to pick from, huge portions, easy online ordering, great prices, chopt has it all going on! I was very surprised at how great my salad was. I'll definitely be going back!

While I'm in fasting season, Chopt has become one of my best friends!! I had a craving for a good grain bowl and opted for th "chicken rings" bowl but remove the chicken. The bowl was so filling and fresh. It's become a weekly staple! Walking into Chopt it's always bright and clean. Staff were quick to say hello and take my order. If you need a quick grab but still healthy, this is the place to go.

This was my second time having Chopt -- my first was at LaGuardia Airport, and this time I dined at the location inside Toco Hill Plaza. I must say, my warm bowl salad was just as delicious as the first time I tried it. The service was quick and smooth when placing my order to dine in. One thing I did notice was that the indoor tables could use a bit more attention when it comes to cleanliness. On the plus side, there's also outdoor seating on the patio if you prefer a fresh-air experience. Overall, still a solid and tasty meal!

Food was delicious and fresh, presentation was beautiful. The food is boxed neatly in paper containers and labeled which is great especially if you have multiple orders quickly distributing lunch orders to folks. Service was quick and on time. I ordered delivery so wouldn't know how the ambiance is but will try to dine in next time.

This is what we expected our food to look like instead of the soggy tossed mess that we received.

I came here after giving up on trying to order food from the Wendy's in this same Toco Hills shopping center. The line was long and slow. Patrons order at the counter. No table service at this restaurant. The pros- The limited staff was friendly and hard working. Lots of carry out orders. The dining area is bright and clean and features designated recycling containers. The salads are served in containers with a compostable paper bowl and a plastic lid that can be recycled. Needs work - This was my first time patronizing this business and no one from my household has ever dined here either. After Wendy's failed to provide food, I texted the Chopt website to my household so they could select food for me to order. Everyone texted me me their choices and on our group chat we all commented on how beautiful the salads looked and that the ingredients looked delicious and healthy. Our order consisted of two of the Crispy Chicken Ranch salads and one of the Classic Cobb salads. I assumed that the salads would be assembled to look like the pictures on the website and in the dining room ads. Their process is to have a worker collect all of the ingredients into a container which is then handed to a different person to place into a larger bowl and toss everything together with the salad dressings- hence the end product looks nothing like the pictures and any ingredient that is supposed to provide a crunchy texture is immediately soggy. The Crispy Chicken Ranch Salad is supposed to feature "crispy Panko fried chicken" however the girl assembling our salads scooped what appeared to be precooked chicken from a deep container that looked wet and soggy- I asked her if this is the featured "crispy Panko fried chicken " and she responded "yes" - hmmm... once it was tossed with the other ingredients the few meager chunks of chicken broke into tiny soggy pieces of tasteless mystery meat. The Classic Cobb Salad appears in the pictures with beautiful wedges of hard boiled eggs however what we received were minced tiny egg bits that eventually liquified into a mushy baby food consistency. Total check was $49.87 for 3 soggy wet salads that left my household disappointed.

This place used to be decent but has been steadily going downhill. Today I got a half full bowl of salad for $16, so I'm done and I deleted their app.

We met my family for dinner at Chopt. This was my first time at any of their locations, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I had a hard time deciding what to order, and wished they had photos on the menu of what each bowl looks like. I decided on the crispy chicken ranch salad, and I really liked it! The salad has panko fried chicken, spicy peppers, pepperjack, celery, and Chopt lettuce blend. I added boiled eggs, and got buttermilk ranch dressing. I would definitely get it again. I really like that the salad comes with a piece of sourdough bread from the General Muir! The salads were about $10 per person, which isn't that bad. It's clean and open inside, and the staff was friendly!

LOVE. You can't really mess up salad and what makes this place is special is their condiments! so many delicious ones to choose from. I particularly love the chimichuri ranch paired with the southwest salad (replace with panko chicken) Also must try their tomato soup! out of this world!

KALE ME CRAZY because I just spent $17 on a salad and I will NEVER look back. This salad was everything! From the freshness to the salad dressing (I mixed 2 dressings together) and added bacon, a boiled egg to it. Honeyyyy just get into it!! I'm from VA and just moved here and I'm telling you I haven't had a fresher salad than this! Panera who? GET INTO IT Y'ALLLL!

Once the waitress became available, she went directly to the two women who had arrived after me, brought them water and menus, and began taking their order. At that point, I stood up and let her know that I had been patiently waiting and had arrived before them. She seemed confused, so I explained that I had been sitting there waiting for service. Her only response was, "Would you like to order something?" There was no apology or even acknowledgment that I had been overlooked. I decided to leave, but before doing so, I asked how long the wait for food would be and was told around 30 minutes. Overall, the experience felt very unprofessional and unwelcoming. I completely understand being busy or short-staffed, but acknowledging customers in the order they arrive or at the very least apologizing when someone has clearly been overlooked.. is basic customer service.

Stopped by here kind of on a whim, and I was not disappointed. We were heading home on a day when the rain was coming down very heavily. We wanted to wait out the storm but didn't want to chance going somewhere where there would be a wait. We also had a taste for something fresh, so I hopped on Yelp and came across this place with pretty good reviews. When we walked in, a woman was leaving and complimented one of the employees saying, "I'll definitely be back." At that point, my expectations were a little higher. Like a lot of places, the concept is simple: pick your base (rice, greens, etc), protein, veggie toppings, and sauce/dip toppings. I chose the field greens and kale as my base, chicken shawarma, plus cucumber, tomato, roasted pepper/garlic/onion blend, zesty feta, tzatziki, crumbled feta, olive oil, and spicy green sauce on the side. The chicken was full of flavor and wasn't dried out at all. The sauces were really good, too. The flavors just came together really nicely, more than some of the other more common places with this model (including the other place that has crazy feta). My husband really enjoyed his meal as well. We've been back once more since our first visit. I ordered pretty much the same thing, except for my third "dip" I chose hummus instead of getting a second helping of the zesty feta, and I added crunchy chickpeas on top. The employees have been very kind, patient, and attentive each time. And the space was very clean and quiet both times if you're considering dining in. Highly recommend Hummus Republic!
