My problem with chopt t is the waisted salad that falls on the floor after they put all your yummy ingredients inside your container then they pour it all out to get chopped up and maybe Im crazy because at least a quarter of your salad is left on floor . I WANT ALL MY SALAD CHOPT GIVE IT BACK TO ME. I feel like I got salad robbed .Other wise is pretty darn good. read more

1 star on the service- VERY DISAPPOINTED!first this ever happened here but the salad is always great. This evening 11/28 I walked into chopt at 9:05 (reason why I know what time it was because I checked the door then my phone to make sure they weren't closed) which they weren't because they close at 9:30 mon-fri. Anyway, I proceed to walk in (as I walk in all 4 workers looked at each other and looked down) not 1 person, starting with the lady at the register looked at me to greet me. Ok, no problem. I wait in line(already know what I'm getting because I get the same thing all the time) and AGAIN, no "hiii" or "ill be right with you" from any of the 3 workers behind the counter at this point. This caucaion girl threw the avacado dish into the proper spot and unwrapped it. So, im standing there for about 7 min. Now and one lady with very short short hair and a working hat on FINALLY said hi I'm sorry ill be right with you as she's sweeping and really the only one working(while the Caucasian young girl was I'm assuming teaching the young africsnAmerican young boy how to make a salad- which neither one looked up to say hi) so as she said hi I said "wow, thanks for actually acknowledging me". So, that lady with the very short hair was very apologetic and couldn't say it enough, while the other girl started throwing cups around and walking around like she was offended. Time to chop my salad- the young boy finallyyyyy said hey how are you? I said fine thanks. As I proceed to the counter to pay, my ticket was underneath my salad and the cashier (very rude African American young girl) who you can clearly tell didn't want to work as neither one of the workers did, waited for me to pick up my salad so she can grab the ticket. When I say grab- like snatched it from the counter. Asked me if I wanted bread, utensils, etc I said nope. Then asked if I had change for the bill I gave her, I also said nope! She gave me back my change and said bye and walked off in the other room behind her. It was now 9:15. I love coming to chopt- but being an owner myself of a hair salon where you need to "service & greet" your customer, im appalled on how they treated, or actually didn't treat me. OHHHHH, also, a guy walks out from the back kitchen area with a clip board funky haircut(I'm assuming is some type of manager?) Although didn't seem like 1 whatsoever walks out with his head down, hand on his head acted just like the workers that didn't greet me or (at this point) there was a guy behind me- nothing. Hopefully the manager above THAT guy could teach these young kids how to work, or at least put a fake face on while a customer walks threw the door, at least for the price we pay for these salads, jeez! read more

I dunno. I must not get it. Huge lines, hurried workers bound to repetitive muscle damage. My salad was expensive and bland. I guess it's more important to do what everyone else does than to respect mealtime, food, and minimum wage workers. Probably the same crowd that lines up for the same process at chipotle for that slop. read more

Recently moved to area and Chopt is convenient location to pick up dinner. Food and value good but management is terrible and service is slow as a result. The kids that work do the best they can but a business is only as successful as its leadership. read more

Chop't is my go to for lunch. I have many food allergies and must stay gluten free. Chop't staff has always answered any questions regarding ingredients with a smile when they didn't have the answer, the happily found it for me. I order while at work directly from the Chop't App, I pay monthly through my account. (LOVE THAT). The ingredients have always been top quality too!! I run in and go directly to the register and have my order in my hand and have completed the entire transaction in less than a minute. I "hide" in the back at a spacious' booth and for one hour, I'm off the grid, enjoying a healthy lunch. My ONE complaint? the music can be obnoxiously loud sometimes, but I guess that's part of the atmosphere. read more

Let me start by saying how much I love the food and concept. That said, if you want to go to Greenwich, allows lots of extra time. There were only 3 of us today at 11:25 and they were so focused on doing their online orders not those of us in the store. That said, I asked someone else to chop my salad and I was lined up behind other salad with 8 people behind the desk. He did with a smile, but I needed to ask. Worst part was checking out - I was in a rush and handed my credit card to the check out person in a haze. I forgot and said that I needed to go get my credit card and he did not stop me or let me know he was holding my credit card. I ran out of the store to my car. I came back in with another credit card and he made me wait for others to check out to only hand me my credit card back with the receipt. I asked why he did not stop me from leaving the store when he was holding my credit card - no answer or concern. I love Chopt in Rye and Dobbs Ferry. But the customer service in Greenwich is terrible! read more

Order for lunch occasionally. Delivery takes place anywhere from 20 minutes to an 1 1/2 later then promised. Randomness of service is so incredibly severe that it is becoming difficult to give them business. Food is fine, but always wonder if the salads were in the back of a car for an hour+ on way to delivery. read more

Went in as a first time customer. The staff was friendly and explained how to order and answered all my questions. I loved my salad!! I got the kabob cobb, and a cookie! The place was very clean and I like that they used recycled plastics and have a recycle bin next to trash can. This place had all fresh ingredients and was so delicious. New fave lunch spot! read more

worst delivery service. lack of accountability is exasperating. last time i wait 100 minutes for an incorrectly filled order.
