I seem to be working my way through all the garden catering locations but this one is great as well! If you've never been, the food is amazing! Had the bacon egg n cheese on a roll - magic! It's so good and such good flavor. So generous on the bacon and it was so crispy I could shed a tear! The special is another great go to. Fries are so crispy and delicious. It's definitely a wonderful spot and worth trying out if you ever need some good quality nuggets and fries or egg sandwiches. It's a nice open space and the staff were very kind and easy to work with. Space wise I may be bias in that Stamford is my favorite location because of the aesthetic, hours, and consistency, but any location is worth a try! Oof! So good. We were in CT visiting family, and wanted to partake in one of my hubs' high school eats. Garden Catering is indeed a famous fried chicken nuggets and fries shop in this area known for their no frills and deliciously seasoned bites. We ordered the nuggets with the cones (these cones are buttery mashed potatoes deep fried), and the cauliflower bites with corn fritters. We split both orders and enjoyed the many different sauce options on the side. Definitely an artery clogging delicious snack/meal/whatever you want to call it! The food is great here, however the cashier needs attitude change. As you can see (photo attached) she's very rude and poor customer service. After my food is prepared she hand it to me like nothing not even a single word and grab her phone back to texting or whatever she's doing. This is the best Garden Catering around. A staple in my workweek lunch rotation. I eat here sometimes twice a week. The food is consistently perfect. Golden fried nuggets an cones. The staff is friendly and the food is always hot and fresh. I call it in, arrive in 5 minutes and it's always ready to go. I've never had to wait. They have it down to an exact science. Upon opening my bag-o-chicken today, I notice they changed the cones. They are smaller and easier to manage. This does not, however, mean you get less food. They load you up with the exact amount of food I've come to know and love. And I do love this place. read more

My fiancé grew up in Greenwich and introduced me to this restaurant about 5 years ago. We love this place! Nuggets and cones are amazing!!! Nuggets are moist, fresh and most tender chicken you can eat, not greasy at all! The cones are like none I ever had, filled with silky buttery mashed potatoes with a crispy battered coating. If you're in the area and love chicken or even a quick breakfast, come here. Breakfast sandwiches are delicious as well, made to order. The new restaurant looks really chic and almost has a rustic feel to it, very clean and staff is truly helpful with any questions. This particular location is the best of all the other places but is closed every Sunday. So glad they are back in business at this location after almost 1.5 years. Love this place. I've never tried this location only their other ones so be that it was convenient for my son to grab something before school location wise was great . I was hoping he would not receive the attitude that the other locations are known to give which is not a good one . He grabbed a drink and ordered a sandwich he realized they were making it wrong he corrected them and they got upset . There was only two other customers so it wasn't busy . When he went to pay he had $100 bill and the cashier had an attitude and asked how was she supposed to give change. My son wasted 10 minutes of his life correcting them on a mistake that they made and then told he could not have the food because they don't have the change for $100 bill . This place has been here a while I suggest you get a cashier that doesn't need her fingers to count or put enough change in the register as any real establishment should never have this problem . You cant go wrong when you go to any of the gardening catering locations. This is the one that is closest to my house. Now that I live in Boston, I get to come here about once a year.... so sad. Well, you must get a special! Chicken nuggets( these are not your chopped up and processed nuggets,but are cut pieces of chicken breast) and french fries. You have to add sesoning!!! They have several special sizes, I always get the junior. I typically get cones (fried mashed potato balls) instead of fries since I can only get cones here. I get 3 sauces- bbq, honey mustard, and hot. All are amazing! Yesterday, on my yearly trek over here, I got a side of mushrooms too. It had been years since i had them. Still amazing as ever. In all I spent a little over $8 on my junior with cones and a side of mushrooms. This place brings back so many memories- leaving high school to get a special or parking at Binney park and propping up the sauces on the jeep's dash. read more

This spot is totally unassuming. Just a building on the side of Hamilton Ave and pretty much all the way at the end of the business area of Hamilton. BUT! surprises await inside. The staff is sometimes rushed, especially at lunch time, but they're always cool. Get the High School Special and get it with the special seasoning. You won't be sorry!!! The catering was coordinated with the Old Greenwich restaurant and was trouble free, easy and efficient. We ordered three different types of chicken nuggets, mini burgers and vegetable spring rolls. The order placement and handling took no longer than 15 min via email. All the items were readily prepared for the agreed pick-up time. Pretty yummy. The first time I went there I got a chicken sandwich with bacon that was a tad dry, but still tasty. The next time I visited I got their chicken nuggets with their famous potato cones. The potato cones were good, but I honestly prefer their regular fries with seasoned salt. I understand why people love the cones though. They're a unique item that's worth trying. The real star is the nuggets. They're made from high quality chicken breast and the breading is perfect. Garden Catering is also very generous with their sauces. While other places give you next to nothing and make you pay for extra sauce, this place gives you three sauce containers for a regular sized portion of nuggets. It's also a decent value. A regular nuggets combo with fries and a can of soda is less than $10. I'll definitely be back to try other stuff on the menu. read more
