Absolutely the worst Chopt experience I have ever had. I have eaten at Chopt from New York to Washington DC and something I never experienced was that it is pre chopped before you order. The whole idea of chopt is to have the ingredients chopped in front of you. When you pre chop certain ingredients they start to turn. This will be a location I will never come to again and if this is the policy across all the locations my Chopt days are over. read more

This place is great! I'm normally not a salad person but the Kale Caesar is great here and it's on the "light" salad option so I feel like I'm eating healthy coming to a salad place which I normally don't. The way they chop the salad makes it taste better and the portions are pretty big. I don't know if I went to a bad location before in Maryland but the Chopt there never have bread and here they even give you bread with your salad! Why did I go back? Because I needed a salad and thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt. It's 7 pm and they are out of shrimp, used the wrong lettuce, asked to supplement shrimp with grilled chicken and I got fried and the toppings... 3 cherry tomatoes and 3 hearts of palm. What a joke. More workers than people and still took 15 mins since they were fulfilling all online before in store patrons . Will definitely never be back again and taking my business to Sweetgreen. read more

Awesome place for lunch! Don't get intimidated by the long lines, it moves a lot quicker than you'd think, they're pretty efficient here during the lunch rush. All of the ingredients are super fresh and there's a lot of variety of what you can have. You can either go with the menu items or create your own. I got the Palm Beach with shrimp, highly recommend that one: Avocado, grape tomatoes, English cucumbers, hearts of palm, romaine, choice of Sea to Table wild shrimp or FreeBird grilled chicken. The hot honey vinaigrette is a little bit spicy and a great addition to the salad. It's a little pricey but for the size of the salad and the quality of ingredients, I don't think you can get it much cheaper elsewhere. read more

I am a die hard chopt fan. There are none near me, so whenever I travel thru l, I always find a chopt and stop. I have stopped at this one before, and seriously..this is the nicest and friendliest one ever.all the employees are smiling and happy. Today, Adrian treated like I was a queen..took my salad, asked what kind of table, did I want a cup for water? They changed the size of their bowls and claim it's only 1oz smaller (price has not changed) I paid $14 dollars for this (olives, romaine, feta, shrimp, cucumber, tomato) no avocado and only one protein. Chopt has become my go to spot for lunch. Of course paying +$10 for lunch every day can add up, but at least it's GOOD! My first visit I ordered a custom salad and it was just OK. The next time I tried the Braised Greek and haven't stopped ordering it since. Today I tried the Braised Tikka and that is quite good too! I love the mix of the hot and cold ingredients. We added Chopt to our Seamless rotation at work and it receives at least 70% of our orders (out of 4 restaurants) every day it's an option. It went from one day a week to three days very quickly because everyone LOVES it. While I've had some issues with customer service (delivery was a mess during a short period of "staffing issues"), it is by far the most popular spot we order from. There is nothing bland or basic about the salad and sandwich options. Everything is packed with flavor, especially the awesome dressings, and I've never regretted trying something new. It's weird that they chop the noodles in the Spicy Cashew salad, but.... whatever. The Santa Fe Salad is my go-to and I always add a cucumber Spindrift and a salted caramel. Based on other reviews, it sounds like corporate orders through Seamless are the way to go!! read more

She didn't proved any help and was just waiting for me to tell her what to do. It seemed as though she was doing me a favor that she really didn't feel like doing by making my salad. I've been here a few times and I do like how fresh the salads are but I do not like the environment at this location. The staff are either getting underpaid or are just miserable at their job. I am always nice to people unless they give me attitude or are not nice to me. I was here with my girls and the people helping us were just rude and not friendly at all. Maybe we just came here on a bad day or they had some rude customers before us but no need for that. The food is good and the prices are fair. We really like Chopt, but this particular store just can't seem to get orders right. Ask for dressing on the side and it comes mixed in the salad or wrap. Order a wrap, get a salad. Ask for bread and none is included. Made to order salads and wraps. I ordered the chicken ranch wrap. The calories listed for the wrap were 970. I think this was pretty accurate because I ordered the wrap for a late lunch / early dinner and I was full the rest of the day. I like Chopt Creative Salad co. I've always ordered from the riverside location and I've received great service from them when they first opened. Now.. it's just garbage. Staff doesn't take their time to make the salads. They rush everything, and quickly squirt some dressing on the salad. I was never asked if I wanted any salt and pepper on my salad, they didn't ask me if my dressing was enough or weather it was Chopt enough. I was never asked if I wanted any bread. It has really went down hill and to be honest after my rushed bland salad I will not be coming back to this location. It's not worth it, I can get a better salad at McDonald's a few hundred feet away. read more

Excellent options with amazing fresh ingredients, they are very efficient and the staff is super friendly-sometimes I am overwhelmed with all the choices. Their fresh made all natural iced teas with no additives are wonderful as well. I get food to go at least 2-3 times/week. Far superior to the salad places on Greenwich avenue which aren't nearly as good as Chopt and more expensive. read more

This is the best place for on the go, with great service. I eat here at least twice a week on my way to work. I usually call ahead. The custom made salads are so fresh and the restaurant is extremely clean with very helpful staff. This chop't is not as good as most locations I have been to. The first time I went my salad did not seem fresh and the ingredients were very watery, they leave a lot of the ingredients sitting in the container with some type of liquid which also leads me to believe they are not coming in on a daily basis. My second, and last attempt at this Chop't was a complete waste of time when I waited in line for 15 minutes only to find out that they were out of certain toppings and it looked like they don't even carry a lot of the toppings that other locations do. Where having a business meeting at my house with nine people who would like CHOPT for lunch. So I said call it in and I'll drive over and pick it up. When it comes to fresh ingredients I have never had an issue with this location. So good and so healthy the food is always always on point. The issue is that the last 2 times I've been there the order was missing something. I would say one thing....SLOW DOWN AND READ THE ORDERS. There is never a good feeling of asking for a dressing and you do not get it and realize it when you get home. The entire salad isn't complete without the requested dressing. This has happened two times now. I didn't respond in yelp the first time because we are all busy and need a break. This is December 30th and in the in the middle of a Wednesday, they were not busy and this should not have happened. I live to far to go back.
