Although they're a chain, they did not disappoint and are truly a great addition to the food scene in Vallejo, especially if you're craving dim sum and don't want to cross the bridge. Food was tasty, service was friendly and efficient, and the pricing was more than reasonable. 88 Bao Bao is located in the Gateway Plaza shopping center. There is free parking shared among the businesses with several slots very close to the front. The establishment itself is intimate, but has a few tables for people to dine in, if they choose. We placed a phone order and the time quoted for pickup was accurate. Our order consisted of: - a Beef Roll - Shrimp Dumplings - Shrimp & Pork Shaomai - Wonton in Chili Oil - Chocolate XLB As noted above, quantity and pricing was on point. Flavor and taste of everything we ordered was fantastic. The chocolate xiaolong baos were a great way to round out the meal. Don't skip out on them if you have a little bit of a sweet tooth! 88 Bao Bao made a strong first impression. My family and I will definitely be stopping by again.
