He's always welcoming, greets you with a smile, and just has a really good attitude. Great customer service every time! For this visit, we ordered the Soy Garlic Wings, Magic Sprinkle Shrimp, Chicken Fried Rice, and fried tempura. Everything was GOOD! The Soy Garlic Wings are some nice, beefy wings! The soy garlic flavor is wonderful, and I love how the sauce coats the chicken perfectly without being too much. This was my first time trying the Magic Sprinkle chicken wings and I really enjoyed it. The seasoning has a little sweetness to it, which I wasn't expecting, but I didn't have a problem with it at all. The shrimp were also amazing I especially liked that the fried rice came with an egg, kimchi, and some glass noodles on the side. That was a nice touch and made the meal feel like you were getting a little bit of everything. Overall, this place is wonderful. The restaurant needs to focus on quality control on DoorDash orders for the tofu soup. This is by far the worst Sundubu-jjigae I've ever had. It was so watered down and flavorless. Did the cook forget to add gochugaru (Korean hot pepper flakes)? I asked for the soup to be medium spicy and it wasn't spicy at all. So disappointing because I had to throw out the entire soup. I've been here before in person and I've never had an issue with the food. I hope they can be more consistent with their food. Bibimbap was mid and not memorable but not bad. I love this restaurant. We went on a Sunday afternoon and it was packed! The customer service is absolutely wonderful. The man who helped us I'm pretty sure is the owner and his spirit was so kind. On top of that the food was absolutely delicious. The rice cake stew was so savory. The chicken had a great flavor and very juicy. When we got home, we realized the "wings" were not traditional wings at all. Lame... 2- my car smelled like top ramen so it didn't even smell appetizing on my drive back to the hospital. I'm used to soy garlic smelling like garlic. Based on the smell I knew it wouldn't even be good... 3- the original (plain) tasted better than the other two flavors. I did not like the wings at all but because of the price we forced ourselves to eat it... Sorry to bring a mom and pop shop with a bad review, but this place had insanely high reviews so I was so excited, only to be left disappointed wanting to throw all the chicken away after one bite. Everything was cooked well. The portion is well worth the price. I asked to have the Katsu sauce on the side to prevent the chicken from getting soggy. Oh my goodness, this place is a 10/10, the man behind the counter said they've been open for about 6 months. It was kind of dead when we got in there but it did pick up a bit when we left. Fried Chicken: 10/10 I base the chicken off how it is prepared more than what sauce comes with it only because you can have a great sauce.. but not so great chicken and vice versa.
