I love this restaurant. We went on a Sunday afternoon and it was packed! The customer service is absolutely wonderful. The man who helped us I'm pretty sure is the owner and his spirit was so kind. On top of that the food was absolutely delicious. The rice cake stew was so savory. The chicken had a great flavor and very juicy. The seafood pancake was packed with seafood so I think the price is justified. The portions are very generous. I was only able to finish half of my stew. I will be back! When we got home, we realized the "wings" were not traditional wings at all. The gentleman at the counter did mention they were very busy that day, so it's possible they ran out of actual wings. I have driven by this place a hundred times . I saw a post on TicTock stating their wings were fire. They did not let me down. I tried half original and half hot and spicy. Both were excellent. Uhm not sure how this place has 5 stars- this is by far the worst Korean Chicken Wings I've ever had... (review is strictly for their wings). I had a family member at Kaiser hospital so I tried many restaurants nearby, including K Manna. This place was a huge huge disappointment in flavor. Yes service was great but the wings... oh gosh... Flavors we had were original, soy garlic and sweet & jalapeño 1- the price is insane for chicken wings. It doesn't even come with a side of rice, fries, salad or radish. Lame... 2- my car smelled like top ramen so it didn't even smell appetizing on my drive back to the hospital. I'm used to soy garlic smelling like garlic. Based on the smell I knew it wouldn't even be good... 3- the original (plain) tasted better than the other two flavors. I did not like the wings at all but because of the price we forced ourselves to eat it... Sorry to bring a mom and pop shop with a bad review, but this place had insanely high reviews so I was so excited, only to be left disappointed wanting to throw all the chicken away after one bite. The chicken with some white rice was solid -- portions were big and took care of business. The broth is rich and the noodles is soft and silky. This is a large bowl with pieces of mussels and squid. We also got the 14pc wings half hot & spicy and half soy garlic. The Hot & Spicy is definitely spicy with a slight sweet taste. It reminds me of gochujang. They're sticky and flavorful!! Highly recommend! The Soy Garlic is salty and umami. Excellent food and service. We ordered for takeout. Took about 15-18 min. We had the Half Order of Soy Garlic Fried Chicken, DDuk Bok Ki, Chicken Katsu Box and Kimchi Pancake. Everything was cooked well. The portion is well worth the price. I asked to have the Katsu sauce on the side to prevent the chicken from getting soggy. It came with Japchae, Kimchi, Broccoli and rice. Check out my picture to see the portion. The DDuk Bok Ki has two spicy symbol so we asked for a milder spicy. Oh my goodness, this place is a 10/10, the man behind the counter said they've been open for about 6 months. It was kind of dead when we got in there but it did pick up a bit when we left. The food took about 10-15 to be ready which was fair, and it came out fresh and hot. The beef bulgogi was really good and flavorful. The chicken Katsu was very crunchy and juicy which was nice because some places overcook Katsu. It came with sides: broccoli, japchae, rice and kimchi. They were all very good and flavorful but the kimchi was my favorite. It's probably one of the best Kimchi sides I've had. It was so crunchy, flavorful and just the perfect amount of spice.
