I have a code reader so I was able to tell Jesse the problem. He gave me directions to the shop and assured me he could help. He was able to take care of the problem right away. (He also fixed two loose hubcaps while I was there!) Ten miles down the road, the problem returned. I called Jesse. He told me to stay put and he came to me on the side of the highway. There were no codes this time and no check engine light. We both pulled off the highway to a safer location. Jesse did a test drive along with some research on line and determined that it was a fuel issue this time. I went to the closest gas station to refuel. In my opinion, Jesse "saved the day"; he was kind and professional. His fee was very reasonable and he was determined to help me get back on the road.

We found when we got there that he had added more to the price and things still did not work. We left it for another month. They finally called and said it was ready and that everything was fixed. We got there and the price had changed again and it still did not work. So we left again and waited several more weeks. They called again and said it was ready. When we got there he wasn't there and the price had changed once more. Half of the things still did not work. We could not get a refund for the items not fixed. He would not give us the keys until we paid more money. He told us then that we didn't know what we were talking about and that in Texas the auto mechanic can do anything they want and you have no recourse. We were forced to leave and leave our motorhome there. He said he had a lawyer on standby at all times. We were told to take the mo9torhome and not bother him anymore and pay him more money. At this time he has the motorhome and will not give us any of our money back unless we give him more money. He fixed the roof on my 5th wheel before the insurance company approved it and then didn't like the amount they paid, he then called me and said that I had to pay or deal with the insurance company not true it's his responsibility to negotiate with them. I would not deal with anyone other than Cindy if you're brave enough to take it there. One last note I had a question about the warranty Cindy called him on speaker and he said what is he worried about it, Cindy did stick up for the customer and said he spent a lot of money with us and she said we need to keep the customer happy.

So took the truck to Ferris Truck Repair we were told that…read morethey are a 24-hour repair service location. However, that's not the case and we were billed for work that was. shotty. We took the truck paid the $ 4600 dollar bill and left. not even a month later truck broke down for the same exact thing. we broke down in San Antonio Tx. the Rude lady in the office who the owner has doing his dirty work answered and said that we should have the truck towed back to Ferris Tx and that they would look at it so basically i would have to pay a 4k tow bill to have them look at it. so, my truck is currently at another shop in San Antonio Tx and have a written statement from a couple different mechanics and once truck gets repaired, we will be getting our attorney on this and take legal action against the shop i do not recommend. this shop if you want professional shop take it elsewhere. I am sure they will try to reply with a bunch of BS but i guess that's what happens when you're like a used car salesmen.
