Took it to a Firestone in Arlington and they found the oil filter canister was cracked. So this Firestone had to do another complete oil change and replace the oil filter canister that was broken by the Firestone in waxahachie. As I have mentioned before this Firestone in waxahachie has gone downhill very fast. Seems they can't keep managers and quality techs working here.

No plastic was put over the drivers seat and they always did that before. Employees working the counter were extremely nice, so I definitely have no complaint about them. Pads weren't put on the car like normal. Apparently they were rushed and didn't do anything like they have. I've used them for years and this was the first time I ever complained.
