Everyone was friendly but what I have an issue with was the lack of effort, my engine bay had oil spilt everywhere and my hood has oil residue from oily gloves. No plastic was put over the drivers seat and they always did that before. Employees working the counter were extremely nice, so I definitely have no complaint about them. Pads weren't put on the car like normal. Apparently they were rushed and didn't do anything like they have. I've used them for years and this was the first time I ever complained.
