I called them to report someone parking in my parking spot since they are the contracting tower for the apartment complex and they said they would "Call a driver"... 3 hours later, the car is still parked in my spot and Martin towing has not came out. It's amazing how two different employees can give you completely different impressions of a company. I waited 2 hours for the first tow driver to come out, I'm a car hauler so I needed the tow to lift the back end of the car on to the trailer. When the driver (a tall white guy with a big red beard) arrived I spoke and said "Hey hows it going" which he said nothing. He took one look at the vehicle and said he couldn't do it, then he said let me call my boss. So when he called his boss I called my partner to discuss possible alternative solutions. While I'm on the phone the driver comes back and says I need you to sign this damage waiver, which I replied give me a couple of minutes I'm still on this call. The driver said I don't have a couple minutes which I replied I didn't have 2 hours (I'm thinking to myself if you didn't have the time why did you accept the call). He and his partner then proceeded to get back in their truck and leave. So when I called the towing company back to report his actions I found out that he lied to them saying I REFUSED to sign the waiver. Of course I was livid, keep in mind this entire time I'm waiting in the sun. So the towing company sent out a second tow driver. This guy went above and beyond to help, he had an understanding attitude, demeanor and a great work ethic. I even gave the guy a tip. Not sure what the first guys deal was but he needs to work on his people skills, to the second guy I appreciate your service. read more

May 31, 2021~moving into my apartment, got towed due to my lack of realizing I failed to transfer my parking sticker into another vehicle I drove for the day. My fault of course, but so disappointing when a few hours later I owed $291 for this little error. I do reside at these apts! I kindly explained what happened, but NO HELP AT ALL!!!! Instead, I was repeatedly told it was my fault, to which I did not argue, but was hoping to be refunded or at the very least, helped with the cost. I was SHUT DOWN at every turn! What's worse is I was told "my car was the easiest to tow in that lot that night" and "good thing it wasn't towed before midnight, or I would've owed two days @ $291." Totally unprofessional and uncalled for!! Wouldn't pull camera feed because there was no audio. But this person saying these unprofessional things will be talked too. That is of no help or customer service for me. This company is definitely out for themselves. They did VERY LITTLE in a VERY FEW MINUTES to earn that much money from me. DEFINITELY NO HEART OR CARE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I do not recommend them for any of their other services. Who knows if they will create a way to take your money, but not deal with you in a respectful, professional manner if there are any errors involved. IN MY EXPERIENCE~THEY WERE DEFINITELY IN IT FOR THE MONEY~DISREGARDING ANY HARDSHIP THIS SIMPLE MISTAKE CAUSED FINANCIALLY!! The worse part is this is my residence parking lot it happened at. My son's truck broke down 36 miles from Waxahachie on his way home for spring break. It was late and we called around to a few towing companies and the prices were outrageous. Martin's Towing was our last call and WOW were we surprised what a difference in price more than half what others wanted to change us. They said the wait was 30 to 45 minuets, and that was when they showed up. I didn't get the drivers name but he was very friendly and so kind. But Macey was who answered the phone thank you so very much for find a driving to come pick my Son up and getting him and his truck home safe. This mom will make sure to let everyone know this company is top notch and won't rip you off in a time of need. Thank you again. read more
