I have no doubt this business, Ryan Automotive, has done good work on people's vehicles in the…read morepast. Judging from the reviews, most people seem satisfied with services rendered. However, in my opinion, from the standpoint of someone garnering quotes for a future mirror replacement, the receptionist or customer service associate who answered the phone did not have a good enough concept of (potential) customer relations. After a truly harrowing, somewhat traumatizing freeway experience, I thought the person answering the phone would at least have some kind of empathy or even just a professional, friendly tone. My initial request to speak to a mechanic or service advisor was ignored. Anyways, I volunteered info about the make, model, year and color of the car, but she only seemed interested in the VIN number, which I provided. Any other place asks for all of this info. She actually said I read the VIN number too fast at the end of my reading of it, which makes no sense as I never read numbers that fast out of courtesy. I even took the extra step of making sure she got the letters correctly, but, again, she did not appreciate that. Instead, she rather unprofessionally and abruptly ended the entire call. I've never had this kind of low vibration, low intelligence customer service from any auto-related business. So, I called back and left a message thinking perhaps the owner would contact me either the same day or the next, to no avail. Every other business I have contacted, from dealerships to independent repair and body shops, have had much more impressive and professional communications.

Be it…read morecrazy drivers, pot holes or flying debris, sometimes you can't help but run into issues from time to time. I've been the victim of random debris jumping out at me with no place for me to escape running over it. With my current vehicle, I have ran over things that have damaged my front bumper. I can always tell that it wouldn't be worth filing a claim with my insurance because the repair costs less than my deductible. I found this spot very close to my house and both times I have been there, they have been able to make the repairs quickly and at a reasonable price. Pay with cash and you'll get an even better price. Customer service has always been very friendly and they communicate nicely from start to finish. I highly recommend this place for any collision needs.

The insurance estimated the repair would take 7 days but Mr.Vaquero's shop had the car ready in 4 days. My car looks great, even if the paint was old , they matched it exactly... no signs of the accident left Thanks so much !! One more time this shop did not disappoint, I'm a happy and grateful customer. And believe me this is a honest paint and collision repair shop.

The…read moregentleman with whom I spoke saying "I am outside" came across extremely unprofessional right from the beginning as if he was riding high on a horse. From there it went downhill very very fast. I was paying for these repair out of my pocket and wanted to make this very very clear so he does NOT waste his and my time. This purportedly idiot told me flat out "I am not ready to hear out your stories". Those were his exact words. I usually push back giving a middle finger but I restrained myself . What I want to tell him if he thinks the estimates are over $850 (I got an estimate from other shop who is off the beaten tracks. This shop told me any other shops on the beaten tracks will give me estimate over $2000 and will show off their "riding on high horse" attitude too) I do NOT want the estimate. Since anything above $750 is NOT worth it for 22+ old 210000 miles vehicle. It turned out exactly what I warned about. I gave this guy (who is an estimator and purportedly an owner too (IMHO)) a polite but firm earful. I really wanted to tear his paper estimate and throw on his face but I restrained. I usually do NOT waste my time with such guys. They do not how to treat a customer.
