AND you have this huge engine cover in your shop for two weeks that says NISSAN on it and you dont try and see who it belongs to? Never going there again!!!! They claim they have a warranty on their work, but JOE will most definitely was going not honor it. After my vehicle was having issues shortly after having my car worked on here, problems started. Not only that, but one issue led to more issues, which of course means $$$. They literally did not put the screws back in on the gasket. Once I discovered this bc of more things going wrong, I decided to call JOE. JOE has an attitude, esp towards women. He denied anything and told me it was not only impossible, but that they never worked on my gasket. He wanted to charge me $150 to have it towed to his shop, and I'm sure would deny the series of events that happened due their lazy and shotty work and charge me more. JOE played games with me in the phone and was horrible, he totally tried to gaslight me, but yet when I called he didn't even ask who I was or about my vehicle, he didn't bother to ask. When I got off the phone with JOE I looked up my receipt, and sue as sh*t they absolutely worked on my GASKET. JOE is a liar and loves to play games. So yeah. I would not recommend and JOE himself is rude and a gaslighter.

I was greeted immediately and explained the issue, was giving timing for when the assessment may be completed and what to expect. The assessment took about 30 minutes and they called with their findings, recommendations and quotes. I had previously priced out the service so the quote I received for brake pads and new rotors was very reasonable and well within a reasonable price range for my car. I'd certainly return in the future as the need arises!

I had about 25,000 miles on my vehicle. They never said anything about the rotors. I had them rotate my truck tires and when I left, the low tire pressure light was on. I checked when I got home and they had lowered my tire pressure from 50psi down to 32. They did that on two different occasions. I had trailer tires mounted and balanced. Most of the stick on weights flew off. I won't trust them with my vehicle now. I even go elsewhere for the emissions test.
