A lady hit my car and she didn't want to be responsible for the accident; so I took the car with Mr Vaquero and he was very understanding and gave me an affordable quote, but fortunately the other parties' insurance accepted the claim and handled the appraisal for the repairs of the damages, the other party didn't take responsibility for one small dent on the rocker panel but the shop still fixed it for me, Mr.Vaquero stands by his work and will always provide quality results. The insurance estimated the repair would take 7 days but Mr.Vaquero's shop had the car ready in 4 days. I recently had my 2002 Lexus ES 300 repaired in this shop. We had to take the car not due to some accident but due to carelessness in properly maintaining the car due to age of the car. Do not bring your car here for windshield replacement or repair. Brought my SUV here and they put on a new windshield. The next day it started raining and rain was dripping inside the cabin of my car. I brought it somewhere else to get fixed and they said every aspect of the installation was wrong and if I got into a rear end accident, the windshield would've popped off bc It was so poorly installed. The windshield wiper did not work either and it was raining. While I was in the waiting area to receive my car, saw a man walking around with a beer. I would not return to this shop nor would I recommend it. Actually I recommend you avoid it. It took them 3 attempts to do the paint job because every single time they worked on the portion that needed painting, another area of the vehicle got "magically" damaged, so you have no choice but to return and pay them more to do more work. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time and paid them more for the area that "somehow" got damaged when they did the work the first time. I went to pick up the car this last time and guess what: there suddenly is another large area that was perfectly fine before I dropped the vehicle this last time and now is "magically" damaged. If you ever decide to use them anyway, make sure to take pictures of the entire vehicle so they do not pull this same stunt on you. Sad way of doing business. read more

I would highly recommend this business in Pearland. They just fixed my car (fender bender) and they were more than half of the price of the other two estimates (Bayway and International Auto and Paint). Had the windshield replaced in my 2017 Mazda 6. The service was shit. No one answered the phone and communication was non existent. What was quoted at $350 and one day ended up costing $1100 and took 4 days. Paid got the car and the seats which are white leather are covered in oil glass and debris!. Worse shop ever. DO NOT USE. I dropped my car off for the 1st time in September 2020 and he (Oscar) kept it for months (about 3 months) and when I went to finally pick up my car (after calling and calling about it); I could only go after business hours due to work - it was the same parts on there (bumper, lights, trunk, grill..etc.) but they pushed the dents out and repainted it still had cracks in certain areas scratches and dents were still visible Light cover was cracked Missing trunk key access - was just a whole the entire car was not aligned - totally loped sided back-up camera did not work trunk did not open and close properly wrong car symbol was placed on the car (est. 11,000.00 in damage - actual work 2000.00). We called Oscar and I personally took it back and pointed out everything that was not done correctly on the car. They kept it another month, I had to call almost every day to get any update, and when I was finally done with this place, I went to go pick my vehicle up again - NOTHING WAS DONE. LITERALLY NOTHING. DO NOT USE THIS CUSTOM AUTO II COLLISION REPAIR. Oscar continued to lie to me in my face and over the phone. I am now having to take it to the dealership and pay out of pocket for to get my car back to its original state. I was rear ended in March of this year. I brought my truck to custom auto for repair which was a great experience. They are very professional and timely. 8 months later I noticed my back rear running lights were out. I thought it was the wiring harness and maybe they didn't replace it correctly. So I brought it by. It turned out all four of my bulbs were burnt out. They replaced them and wouldn't let me pay because they had worked on the vehicle. Beautiful job on my new 2021 Dodge Charger. These guys are by far the fastest around, honestly I have no idea how they do it, it truly is miracle work. See for yourself the repair they did for only $500. Service King quoted me around $1000 and another place was around $850. And what's better... the repair only took one day! I had them go back to fix extremely minor things that were visible only to me (I'm very OCD about my car) and they happily did so, even a few days after they did the repair. I will definitely be going here for any future repairs I have if I'm in town. I was extremely sad after I scratched the side of my car up, it had several deep scratches and a small dent on it too... I had went to them to get my 2016 challenger fixed after my wreck. Let's just start off with their communication. IT'S terrible! They never called me or gave me updates on my car. I had to continuously call them for updates every week. They took longer than the estimated time , they gave me the wrong headlights for my car , the didn't screw my bulbs in , they taped them in. They didn't screw in my brake light as well. So many things was wrong , they rushed on my car. They did such a poor job. I paid $6,000 for nothing. Where do I start? So many issues with this place and the owner. First let me say, do not accept any verbal quotes from him!! Always get it in writing because he will back track, flip flop and swear he didn't give that price. He's even given a written quote and didn't honor his quote and it had his signature on it. Next, the owner will straight face lie to you about when your vehicle will be ready. He gives you a pick up date, you show up and there's always an excuse why the vehicle isn't ready and half the time he doesn't remember why the vehicle is even there, WTF?? It appears when you are paying cash/credit and it's not an insurance job, your vehicle is put on the back burner and just sits there and collects dust. You call and check and the response is oh yes it's just about done, give us 2 more days. 2 more days come and go and no hear from them. You show up the 3rd day and oh there's an excuse. Next thing you know another 2 weeks has passed and your vehicle still isn't ready. When you do get your vehicle back, there's tons of problems that you are afraid to mention because that means they'll keep your vehicle for another week to 3 weeks (this has happened) I kid you not. Initially they make you feel like a valued customer, after that, you obviously know you are getting the run around and they are pissing in your face and trying to tell you it's rain. The owner is arrogant, belligerent, quick tempered, forgetful and possibly has Dementia. My one regret in life is ever taking my vehicle to them. read more

I went to get my car fixed after it was hit and I went back 3 times and had to take it back because they didn't fix the problem. After they fixed my bumper they messed up the inside of my car so I had to go somewhere else and pay more money because they messed up the inside of my car while trying to fix the outside. I had to take it back 3 times after they claimed it was fixed and took it down the street each time and I had lights come on and issues within 1 minutes of driving off the lot. The guy is nice but I don't recommend because they don't know what they are doing interior wise and will mess it up which ends up costing more to be fixed somewhere else after not being told that the wrong parts were put on the car. If you can't do interior work on the car that's totally fine just tell me so I can go somewhere that won't mess up my car. I tried to be optimistic and positive but after coming back 3 times and still not having the issue fixed is frustrating after being lied to and told over and over the issues are fixed while they were not. read more

Beware!! Oscar is very dishonest. He will tell you one price and then add other costs in, even though he said his price will never change. His mechanics also screwed up the job and had the vehicle for over a month, even though he estimated 5-7 days. Oscar said that he would cover the rental car costs and then went back on his word. We could not trust anything that he said because he could not even deliver on 1 single thing that he told us upfront. There are too many other choices out there. I Highly don't recommend them at all, I can here to fix my starter and they just made it worse. I asked him to put in another one and he came back 15 mins later with a guy with a professional computer scanner and erased codes that wasn't the issue, and broke the tcs sensor and hazard light along with I found out from my mom's friends husband who works on cars for a living showed me how they stripped the bolts holding in my starter solenoid showing signs of pliers used to cut electronic fences, completely unprofessional like who does such carelessness and sloppy work and with non car tools.
