When I called to question the price discrepancy, Frank's response was "Say 'thank you, Joe'". I asked if he was Joe and he replied "Your President". I was a regular customer at Frank's Food Court in Elmsford and the staff (minus Frank) was always polite, professional and very pleasant. I enjoyed conversing with them in Spanish and always thanked them for the care they take in preparing meals. I see most of the staff is at the new location. But having witnessed first hand Frank's condescending manner towards his own staff (which all are Latinos) I can't stomach supporting this business any longer. One time Frank came across a piece of a broken dollar bill while making change. He showed it to me, smirked and said "eh, they'll take whatever I give them" and dropped it in the tip jar.
