I had to take my glasses off for the cut and was shocked to see to top and sides of my hair cut to within 2" of my head- the exact opposite of what I tried to reinforce. In addition the back is completely chopped. It's short but it is hacked up. It's the first time I have ever let a hairdresser know how unhappy I was and that I'm leaving a bad review.
