Hustle hustle hustle. Chris and his team hustle! He never wasted any of my time or his with a long sit down. We did everything over the phone and through text and email and it really helped at a time when I was super busy and already taking too many days off of work to see houses. These guys hustle. The loan was completed in 12 days. It was insane. We still had to wait another week or so for the sellers to move out and then close. If it was vacant I'm pretty sure we could have closed within two weeks. He gave me a lot of advice on what I should do to save myself money. He ended up finding a nice work around to get me a lower monthly mortgage with a much smaller fee than I was expecting. He actually took the time to find me the best deal possible for the way I wanted my loan to work out. This is our 4th house that my husband and I have bought...This is the first time dealing with a Lender that the transaction was seamless for us. After submitting the documentation to Chris we were awarded a sheet that routed the stages of our lending progress. How awesome was that! Chris had us ready to fund within 3 weeks from start to finish. However our buyers had problems with their lender no fault of theirs which pulled all stops on us buying our house and the sellers of our new house as well. Our buyer got his lender from a well known bank which worked 9 to 5 so he didn't have an urgency to say the least. As it turned out our buyers got upset after 3 weeks of waiting for approval. Buyers decided to change lenders and went with Chris. Needless to say we actually was starting all over again after 3 wks into the approval from the other bank. Chris got the files request paperwork that was missing and completed the loan approval for our buyers. Due to Federal Laws we had a 10 day delay and all had to wait it out. As soon as the penalty was over escrow closed 1 week later! So in theory we closed 2 weeks later instead of 5 weeks. Let this message be a warning to anyone who uses Banks for their Lenders not saying that they are all bad but they're going to get paid for the day no matter how much work they do on one's loan. Chris worked in silence as not to stress any of us out, got the job done and and escrow was closed funded and recorded the same day! And that would be both houses not just one! We absolutely love him and his assistant Shelly and our Realtor. Thank you Chris you will be our forever Lender.
