Yesterday the crew was here for the recent job of removing concrete landing step ( which started to fall apart during the winter) and replacing it with a granite step. They instead told me to pay to clean the two chimneys, and that would include the $99 estimate fee as well. I agreed but was clear that the estimate was my primary interest. They charged me about $250 each for the two chimneys, the cleaner told me he wasn't sure it was safe to use... but they didn't give me an estimate to repair! It's been weeks now and multiple calls requesting the estimate. Bait and switch misleading sales at its worst. Do not use!!
