We scheduled a cleaning for four rooms about three days following the call. Chris and a team member came to our home and did a great job in every respect. He came a little ahead of the scheduled time, he checked with us to confirm the scope of the work, he brought in protective equipment to prevent damage to our floors or walls from his equipment. I had a leak that ran through two walls and Mean Green removed the baseboards, drilled through the walls set fans on the walls and pulled the wet pad. They had to come back for three days to check the moisture level in the walls. He was finally able to replace the pad and stretch and clean the carpet.
