They laid every option out for me and enabled me to get a great package to have my entire home steam cleaned with some extra options for area rug rugs. several competitors on the yelp platform will lowball you and then start adding on extras when they show up these guys were an absolute pleasure to deal with and totally transparent. That was the best carpet cleaning service my parents said they ever received. The husband wife combo came on time and with the highest grade cleaning equipment the industry has to offer. My dad's man cave had terrible food spills and grease from him eating in there on a daily basis. Royalty came in and knocked that out plus three other rooms of carpet in quick time but thorough. I had a very good experience dealing with Royalty Carpet & Tile Cleaning. I requested quotes from a few companies to clean the carpet and tile in my entire house. Kelly responded quickly and provided a reasonable quote. I was having new living room furniture delivered that week and they were willing to work around the delivery and brought extra fans so that I could have clean and dry carpet for the new furniture. Kelly told me what to expect ahead of time so I could make plans for my dogs and baby. They did a great job, were incredibly thorough, and even helped us move furniture and other items around so the maximum amount of area could be cleaned. We are extremely satisfied with this company. I called several carpet cleaners in the area, and their quote was the lowest. From the first call with Kelly there was nothing but friendly, professional customer service. They were able to come out the very next morning, were right on time, finished in about an hour, and did an excellent job on the carpets. I appreciated that they took extra care on a spot that I pointed out, and gave us little booties to wear for walking on the freshly cleaned carpet. Craig and Kelly, of Royalty Cleaning, cleaned and sealed just under 900 sq ft of tile and grout in our home. We found out about their services from a door hanger advertisement while they were marketing our neighborhood. Their price was very competitive, being that they are new to the area and want to build their clientele. They also will match pricing from other companies if you find a better bid. Craig and Kelly were very professional, courteous and pleasant as they went about doing a great job of cleaning and sealing our tile and grout. They were meticulous about the job they did, protecting walls, furniture, appliances, baseboards etc from the hoses and over spray of the cleaning products used. They make a great team and work well together. They cleaned the tile on the first day, and returned the following day to begin sealing the grout. When they showed up to seal, they saw a couple of areas of the grout that were not perfectly clean and without hesitation wanted to redo those areas before sealing. I must say that their "commitment to excellence" and customer satisfaction is very apparent. Honestly, no cleaning job is easy or may go perfectly, but I will say that with Craig and Kelly they will not leave your home until you are completely satisfied with the job. Our floors truly looks amazing and they are deserving of five stars in my opinion. read more
