Michael did some miracle work on my heavily soiled carpet. I will say it was a gamble but he took out 95% of the heavily stained parts . He spent time showing me the before and after and it looked almost like night and day. He did say that he can't get everything so be warned that he's pretty close to being a miracle worker but some deep and old stains may not be lifted.
