We have used his service many times over the years, and most recently we needed his help when a large tree limb came down on our garage during a thunderstorm around dinner time. Al offered to come out that night, but we felt we could wait until morning. Al and his helper Dave came to our house promptly at 8 a.m. the next morning as agreed. It took 2 weeks to get a response informing me that RGE gives them directions. I'm not sure if those directions say, "don't take debris with you to the road.".
